Despite being confined to the embassy while seeking safe passage to Ecuador, Julian Assange met with Russians and world-class hackers at critical moments, frequently for hours at a time. He also acquired powerful new computing and network hardware to facilitate data transfers just weeks before WikiLeaks received hacked materials from Russian operatives.

These stunning details come from hundreds of surveillance reports compiled for the Ecuadorian government by UC Global, a private Spanish security company, and obtained by CNN. They chronicle Assange's movements and provide an unprecedented window into his life at the embassy. They also add a new dimension to the Mueller report, which cataloged how WikiLeaks helped the Russians undermine the US election.

An Ecuadorian intelligence official told CNN that the surveillance reports are authentic.

The security logs noted that Assange personally managed some of the releases "directly from the embassy" where he lived for nearly seven years. After the election, the private security company prepared an assessment of Assange's allegiances. That report, which included open-source information, concluded there was "no doubt that there is evidence" that Assange had ties to Russian intelligence agencies.

According the report, in the critical month of June 2016, Assange had "at least seven meetings ... with Russians and others with Kremlin ties, according to the visitor logs." He also had "five meetings that month with senior staffers from RT, the Kremlin-controlled news organization." One of those meetings should be of particular interest:

In June 2016, RT's London bureau chief, Nikolay Bogachikhin, visited Assange twice, and gave him a USB drive on one occasion, according to the surveillance reports. That five-minute visit was hastily arranged and required last-minute approval from the Ecuadorian ambassador.

The report also details extensive in-person meetings with two hackers in the June-July timeframe....

I'm sure all of this has a series of quite innocent explanations. I'm positive they'll be provided below.

None of them are innocent. Assange made himself the enemy of the MIC and intelligence community by outing them.

I find this position attractive but deceptive.

Deceptive because built into it is the assumption that Assange's sources pass on everything they have on all parties ( in the case of the US election and the Russians, both Democrat and GOP dirt ) and also that Assange publishes all the dirt that comes into his possession without bias or agenda.

So, does he " simply present the facts" as you state, or does he present only those facts given to him by parties with an agenda, or worse, does he publish only those facts given to him which fit his own personal agenda? Neither of us knows; equally, neither of us is in a position to state that he " simply presents the facts".

You'd think Assange was the first journalist to ever come out in favor of one candidate. There is a Russian conspiracy. But Hillary still won the popular vote, so right there its effectiveness is dubious at best. Wherever Republicans control the voting system, in about 65% of the States, and they are not in a strong position, they resort to cheating. If Trump wins in 2020 you can thank Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the neoliberals in charge of the Democratic Party. The DNC has failed to make voting integrity a central campaign issue. The DNC has failed to stem offshoring of manufacturing. Finance controls our economy without adding a penny to the net worth of the nation. Nothing will change until they are booted. Pelosi and her allies are waging a war against progressives to keep a mythical centrist majority that doesn't exist. This threatens to repeat the mistakes of 2016, while ignoring the lessons of 2018.

But no, the evidence is not clear as day beyond the lifestyle issues. Infections, cancer and to some degree cardiovascular and hepatic diseases are inevitable. No amount of proper eating will change what genetics and environmental factors have created.

Yes. I realize people don't want to change their lifestyle. So they suffer for it.

But I also see that there is an awful confusing array of information, they can't make sense of it. Most of what comes out of mainstream sources is false information.

It's no secret that allotropic medicines treat symptoms. They don't cure. They can't because they are foreign to our bodies.

It's a clear as day to me. Our bodies need a particular balance of sun, air, water and food. An imbalance in any one lead to disease. This is consistent with the laws of chemistry and physics.

Our bodies are self regenerating and self-healing. For any disease, restore balance and our bodies will heal themselves.

What the mainstream causes disease is what our body is doing to heal itself. So what do these morons do? They try to stop our body from healing itself. The whole system is ass backwards.

Why should this be so hard to grasp?

dried beans
beer

For me asparagus triggers gout.

Over the past 5 years I had one bit of asparagus and it triggered a nasty gout flare. I've had one other flare-up during that entire time period but it was mild and 2 colchicene tablets knocked it out within a few hours. I quit taking the preventative (allipurionol) and still haven't had any flare-ups.

The Germ Theory makes it sound that we're helpless against germ attack. That's bull!

You of all people should know that germs go wherever they can survive and reproduce. Under bad sanitation conditions, we're at risk from being infected from the outside. Under clean condition, infections come from the inside. Our bodies are teaming with microorganisms. All it takes is the right conditions to activate them. Cancer is one of them.

BTW the whole acidic body = cancer is a complete load of crap only believable by people who are unaware of the liver and kidneys.

I have no idea what you are talking about. It's well established that cancer cells can't tolerate free oxygen. Neither can any other pathogens. There is a relationship between iodine and cancer too. Apoptosis can't happen without iodine.

Don't tell me you drink alkylated water...

The Germ Theory makes it sound that we're helpless against germ attack. That's bull!

Immunology would disagree.

But we certainly are at the mercy of many of them.

And it's not woo science behind that, it's a simple fact of evolution that an organism that can replicate in a matter of hours (viruses) to days (bacteria, although some are also hours) will rapidly evolve to fill a niche in a host that replicated in years.

Under clean condition, infections come from the inside. Our bodies are teaming with microorganisms. All it takes is the right conditions to activate them. Cancer is one of them.

It's not remotely close to that black and white.

And as for cancer, all the mechanisms involving oncogenes and genetic mutations is what, crap? An artifact?

It's well established that cancer cells can't tolerate free oxygen. Neither can any other pathogens

Do you mean oxygen radicals (O-) or reactive oxygen species (ROS)? Because cancer cells certainly do fine exposed to O2 and so do all pathogens that aren't aerobic.

As for iodine and apoptosis what evidence is there for that? I certainly don't have any trouble inducing apoptosis in cultures cells absent iodine...

Sugar makes our bodies more acidic.

And the carbonic acid in our blood (dissolved CO2) buffers our body.

Yes. For as long as they keep looking in the wrong direction.

So immunity doesn't function like we think? It's all incorrect when it comes to immune system-pathogen interactions?

Naturally or artificially?

Distinction without a difference.

"Artificially" is code for triggering a cellular pathway that feeds into apoptotic death, ie ER stress, DNA damage, long term translation inhibition.

All are simply triggering "natural" responses.

So the former two.

Healthy cells don't tolerate them either. That's why their production is tightly regulated and buttered against by production of anti-oxidants.

I've seen estimates as high as 100 trillion cells in our body. Our bodies are way way too complicated to go fooling around with. There is too much we don't know and can't know. It's considerably easier to pay attention to what we put into our body and let it do what it's designed to do.

Sugar makes our bodies more acidic.

True. But the per capita consumption of sugar and other sweeteners is extreme. That's why diabetes is so rampant.
