It started as a bit of a joke, but now the US Air Force has told people not to go near Area 51.

Explain what you mean. That UFO's don't exist or that Area 51 isn't a testing ground for them?

The tinfoil hat slight is so old, you believe that nobody has ever seen a flying saucer and that is statistically nutters to me. Particularly when you watch The Disclosure Project testimony.

On topic: FLIR easily identifies bodies in the cold desert night. The military threaten to shoot to kill for a reason and I wouldn't test their resolve. However, assuming a hundred or so people do show up what will they do with them all? Arrest them for trespassing? Take their equipment, wipe all data?

Personally I believe that UFO's are military projects. DARPA. RAND. CIA.

Agencies that don't even exist on paper. whatever.

The Air Force should set up an easy to penetrate building by the perimeter with some cheesy ufo mock ups and people dressed up in hilariously bad alien costumes. Then post videos of the morons getting all excited then realizing they've been had.

It's a felony to trespass on a military base, and that will follow you all of your life. I think I'll go dressed as a Soviet spy.

The US government certainly has managed to handle the 'mystery' of Area 51 in such a way as to guarantee conspiracy theories will continue unabated for decades. Makes me think it probably was intentional.

That wouldn't surprise me.

We don't need to know. Not right away. But eventually we should. But Congress should know about these kinds of things as they represent us. If there are visitors from off world Congress should know and eventually we all should know. Congress or the President should tell us. That is their job. Not to protect us from the truth but to prepare ya properly.

There a lot of sightings of UFOs that are perfectly explained, but then theres the ones that lean to something otherworldly.

No one knows with certainty how big the universe actually is so who are we to say we're the only intelligent life out there - let alone, assume we're the most advanced. That would be pretty shortsighted and egotistical.

My money would be on theres other life forms out there.. but that's just me

Not completely, but we do have estimates of the number of stars of the visible universe.

It's 10^21 stars distributed in several billion galaxies.

It's beyond foolish to believe there isn't other intelligent life out there.

I often exaggerate my opinion here for trolling purposes, but I literally hope the people that are dumb enough to attempt to storm a military installation are gunned down.

I'm also of the opinion that if you join one of these flash mobs to rob a store it should be legal to shoot them. I don't care if all they had was a candy bar, they joined a group of other thieves with the intent to outnumber and over power, and the only thing that is going to stop these scum is one or two instances where a few of them are shot dead on the spot.

Or at least allow the business owners to fire a gun inside the store with the intent of scaring them all out. Or does that only work in the movies? I can imagine a guy pulling out a pump action shotgun with blanks and firing it into the air a few times.

I don't like the idea of shooting in the air or warning shots.
Only pull it if you're going to shoot somebody.

I could see charging them with a felony, again, even if only a candy bar was taken, because these flash mobs need to be stopped.

According to many people who allege to have worked in compartmentalized format the black military have indeed captured craft for reverse engineering. That makes perfect sense, I have few problems with any of that - other than the murdering.

They are terrified of others like themselves. I believe we are being visited and they are harassing people who get an inkling. Whatever is being done it's without our knowledge or consent, imo. They use fear - internally generated. Whatever that technology is has more potential for population deception than any magically delicious UFO technologies.

I do believe that the chemtrails program has been used to observe disbursal patterns - but why when they also have tech that can lay out entire city blocks? I've met a woman who experienced that - birds, dogs and people all falling to the hot concrete for city blocks, not unconscious but unable to get up. The hospitals were backed-up for hours and hours. Her description ended in whispers as I probed further, it feels like having your blood drained. We're all being played.

Okay, guys and gals. Be harsh, but keep it legitimately interesting.:]

Uh, no. Crowds are easier to work with - people will empathize with each other so the more the better, in my experience. The loner is perhaps harder to reach.

I've been in dangerous crowds and they are not stupid, but they do follow the leader. It would be much smarter to allow that person to be helpful, imo.

That said, military do have a job and orders to shoot are not supposed to be negotiable.

Your exaggerations are so crude and pointed I can't believe that you aren't already using both aspects simultaneously. You are much more potent than even you understand.

I do believe there may be other intelligent life out there in different stages of development. Getting to us would be a problem. The sheer vastness of space cannot be overlooked, especially when you are talking about distances that would take light speed hundreds of years just to get to us.

Yes agreed, but the distances are so unfathomably great, physical interaction between aliens races is all but a pipe dream. Proof of life via transmissions, maybe.

I still just don't get the logic here. So you storm Area 51? So what? Unless you have military grade weapons, you aren't getting in to anything. The bunkers are built to withstand bombs. Do the people believe that if there are a million of them banging on the wall that it will fall down? All you are going to do is storm the land. Once you get to the actual buildings that can get you in to any top secret locations, you are going to be stopped regardless if there is military there or not because walls don't need people to do their job.

Oooooooooooooooooooohhhhhh, I think I get it. Libs don't believe walls keep people out. Actually, now I am completely in support of this. Maybe once they get to the walls and can't get in they will actually understand that walls DO serve a purpose!!!! This could be a fantastic win for the Right actually. I am definitely in favor of this now and hope they televise it. Seeing the Liberal faces get all screwed up because they can't figure out why the big structure in front of them is stopping them from going forward will be priceless. Actually, I should call some Reps and tell them televising it may make them more money and it will make non-rich people look bad; this will be on every Fox channel there is!!

What has impressed me is the majority of the UFO enthusiasts are generally anti-Government. Because the US and other governments are involved in a vast conspiracy to keep the little gray guys silent. From what I have seen, yes they exist, and no one knows what or who they are. From what I have seen, the things can do a pinpoint 90 degree turn at about ------. That would turn an occupant into soup if we tried to do that. They are recorded accelerating at about 15 Gs in many recorded radar tracks. That is moving from 500 KPH to about 3000 KPH in a few seconds. Basically, they aren't from here and the last thing a government wants to say is "We don't know".
