Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Tuesday, September 17, 2019

Donald Trump measures political success on two imperfect metrics -- poll numbers and crowd sizes -- and Elizabeth Warren appears to be crushing it on both counts. During a major speech at a rally in New York on Monday night, a massive crowd of 20,000 turned out to hear Warren tear into the unprecedented corruption of the Trump era. The Massachusetts senator called Donald Trump "corruption in the flesh."

The nomination is hers to lose.

She WILL be our next POTUS. Bank on it.

That photo is awesome. Not only for the political aspect, which is significant, but also because it's beautiful to look at. Washington Square Park is a cool setting anytime, and the combination of sunset, marble arches with dramatic lighting, and the New York skyline in the background make this photo a winner. (I would like to straighten it just a smidgen, however. :) )

Power corrupts. And absolute power corrupts absolutely. This has been known for thousands of years ( tho only put it in those words rather recently). Our system of government was designed to MINIMIZE that. No one can eliminate it completely as long as humans are involved and so much of a divide between the rich and poor. Everyone has their price it seems.

Corrupt leaders are what make a government corrupt. Here is an idea!

Stop electing corrupt leaders who then place more corrupt people in power so that they can solidify that power and control.

Like Mr 12,000 Lies and his gang of lying thieves.

LOL

Yeah, that's why there is such a high percentage of municipal government officials corrupt vs federal government officials.

Elizabeth Warren wants to take on corruption. Meanwhile Biden tells wall street nothing has to change for them.

A lot of trump's voters voted for him because they thought he would drain the swamp and take on corruption. Being a con man, of course he was lying to them. Warren can prove that and offer REAL reform. Biden can only promise to go back the corrupt status quo of 2015. His supporters need to wake up or trump will be re elected.

Wow that's approaching Obama numbers.

I'm beginning to question my avoidance of enjoying New Yorkers. There may be hope.

The appreciation for their Warren enthusiasm is amusing amid the Drudge crowd.

What sounds nice is an espresso, cucumber, tomato, pita, hummus around 10am at a warm, sun-flecked forested neighborhood street cafe.

Or bloody Marys in the city proper, I'm open to a massage parlor or violent karaoke, whichever happens first.

Fake mustache look sillier on top the real. But it's NY. This is a mental visitation, and I imagine they more often "meh" by nature, but that's the magic of Warren over Bernie. She's close, but not quite.

This article indirectly slams Trump for his belief, and then uses that belief to hype up Warren. Seriously, Liberals actually can't see their hypocrisy and it's a shame.

True while Trump is President.

Shame your party won't change that. Just love my tax dollars going to Trump's estates.

The article actually says the crowd size is not a determination that she has primary support.

This is the opposite of the Trump view that crowd sizes prove he is supported.

If only you hadn't dropped out of kindergarten, you could have read the article yourself.

I'm not entirely sure what the hell you're talking about, but for some reason I enjoyed your post anyway.
