President Donald Trump has dismissed a whistleblower allegation that he made a promise to a foreign leader -- believed to be Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky -- calling it a "ridiculous story". ... In its report on the complaint by the whistleblower, the Washington Post said the intelligence official had found Trump's comment to the foreign leader "so troubling" that they went to the department's inspector general. The Wall Street Journal, meanwhile, quoted sources as saying Trump had urged Mr Zelensky about eight times to work with his lawyer Rudy Giuliani on an investigation into Biden's son, but had not offered anything in return.

He has to be convicted of somethng first. It's a Constitutional thing. And your party is too cowardly to impeach him to get that ball rolling.

Sadly, Trump's proven that if his lips are moving, he's usually lying, even when he doesn't have to.

What decent person of any party could or should consider that acceptable behavior? Would they tolerate it from their own spouse or children?

Trump Denies Making Promise to Foreign Leader

That makes sense. By now everybody, including foreign leaders, should understand that Trump's promises are worth about as much as diploma or certificate from Trump University.

Mango Mussolini has made good on his apparent promises to Kim and Putin. We've ended war games with SK, given NK and Kim legitimacy on the world stage and in exchange Kim has done nothing but sit with Diaper Donnie for photo ops and send Drumpf "beautiful letters." For Putin, Drumpf has delayed congressional sanctions, dropped some Obama sanctions against Russua, tried to get the Magnitsky Act sanctions dropped, weakened NATO, delayed aid to Ukraine to help resist Russia, and argued to get a country with the GDP of Chile back into the G-8. Seems if you're an authoritarian dictator, Drumpf keeps promises.
