Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

A new poll released Wednesday by Fox News shows that just more than half of all registered voters support President Trump's impeachment and removal from office.

The uptick in support for impeachment and removal from office came from independents and Republicans. When even Pat Robertson and other evangelicals are criticizing Trump for abandoning the Kurds, expect these numbers to increase even further.

Only 25 percent want the President Impeached, which is pretty low considering the volume of Fake News coverage, but pretty high considering the fact that I did NOTHING wrong. It is all just a continuation of the greatest Scam and Witch Hunt in the history of our Country!

Someone is lying. I wonder who?

From the day I announced I was running for President, I have NEVER had a good @FoxNews Poll. Whoever their Pollster is, they suck. But @FoxNews is also much different than it used to be in the good old days. With people like Andrew Napolitano, who wanted to be a Supreme....

...Court Justice & I turned him down (he's been terrible ever since), Shep Smith, @donnabrazile (who gave Crooked Hillary the debate questions & got fired from @CNN), & others, @FoxNews doesn't deliver for US anymore. It is so different than it used to be. Oh well, I'm President!

"Oh well, I'm President!"

You have been weighed in the balance and found wanting.

Yeah, that phrase caught my eye as well.

Plus one before it, "@FoxNews doesn't deliver for US anymore." implying that any criticism of Pres Trump is against the United States.

L'etat, c'est moi.

This actually made me laugh out loud. It reminded me of a thing my daughters used to tell each other when they were little and arguing 'oh ya, well I am mom's favorite!'. I always said 'I dont have a favorite, I dislike you evenly' which they knew was a joke because I adore them both, but the point is that this is Trump once again being a petulant child.

Trump hasn't read "How To Win Friends And Influence People." Then again, he's never read ANY book.

If he starts to turn his base against Fox News, I wonder how long it'll be before they return the favor?

If evangelicalcoholics can be persuaded by their televangelisatanics like Pat Robertson that President Pence will usher in the Second Coming of course they'll be more inclined to dump Trump.

It's remarkable how fast this happened. It's as if the vast majority of Americans can't stand this orange schit stain and want him gone, and the Ukraine story was easy enough for casual news watchers to grasp and recognize that it's not just bad and embarrassing but also an abuse of power and impeachable.

That is higher than his approval rating, lol.

But please, we all must understand the enormous popularity of the orange-skinned, casino-bankrupting speed freak. Fox "news" is FAKE NEWS, right?

This is how it went for Nixon.

About 35-40% in support of impeachment to over 60% in 4 weeks.

And the majority of Republicans STILL opposed impeaching Nixon.

He was told he had 16 votes in the Senate, maybe less.

In 1974 the Senate had 42 Republicans. So, in the most important part of the impeachment process, a minority of Republicans were opposed.

There's plenty of time for the rest of the Trump cabal's criminal activity to come out. We're just getting started learning about it as a nation. Like Nixon, there very well may come a point where Republicans see the sentiment of America and, like windmills, turn on Trump.

I'm guessing impeachment still won't happen.

Pelosi's afraid of something. My guess is that her and her husband's own miraculously acquired fortunes will get more scrutiny than she wants.

When GOP congressmen and Senators feel Trump will seriously harm their re-election chances, they'll turn on him.

Fox oversampled the poll by something like +20 Democrats to get this result.

Since y'all applaud this type of suppresive disinformation, I presume its still verboten around here to post the Podesta email where he details the oversampling orders for the polls in each state. Dem oversampling never goes out of style.

All this means is that Fox is getting desperate too, and showing its true colors early. Paul Ryan? Judge Napolitano? Donna Brazile?

LOL

Hide? Why would Fox hide numbers they contorted themselves to create?

Says, you. However, Repubs in the Senate consider them quite credible.

The latter being what matters. So stick your head back in the sand, pester.

What a sad state of affairs where enough people are so brainswashed into partisan stupidity that one could lose an election for acting in the best interests of the country at large.
