Sorry for the erroneous headline. They would have fired him if he hadn't resigned first. But Fort Worth wasted little time in bringing murder charges. The full tape must be as damning as imagined.

I hope he likes the piney woods of East Texas in Huntsville.

#2 | Posted by goatman Texas has several prisons, Huntsville is the oldest but the only reason we hear of it is because that is where they carry out executions. We have a particularly isolated one up in the Panhandle where a majority of sex offenders are sent. Level I through III are recognizable as conventional prisons and depending on the inmate's behavior most facilities have dorms that reflect the control required. Most prisoners prefer open dorms. They like shared cells much less but the one thing they all hate is single cells, (administrative segregation or protective custody). That is level IV. Death row and convicts deemed so dangerous to other prisoners and COs they earn special treatment or individuals that are targeted or under threat. They are constantly under physical restraint. The only place they are not in cuffs and chains is inside their cell or in the exercise area. They are secured before they open the door of ether.

Huntsville was always synonymous with prison when I was growing up. Part of it is that is where they held the prison rodeo. We used to go almost every year when I was a kid. But the SJW snowflakes had it killed in the '80s because they said it was exploiting the prisoners. Another cool tradition gone thanks to them.

He effed up bad. Did not follow police procedure at all. Should have banged on the door loudly and screamed so the neighbors heard as well "Police" at the top of his lungs.
