New Bill Promises an End to Our Privacy Nightmare
"Mark Zuckerberg won't take Americans' privacy seriously unless he feels personal consequences. Under my bill he'd face jail time for lying to the government," Sen. Ron Wyden said.

How do you prevent Mark Zuckerberg from selling your information? I know the answer. I don't ever do Facebook or any other of his platforms. I don't give him my information. This bill, while well intentioned, will be just a speed bump to these guys. Understand, we will never be able to control the internet, it is what it is. It is probably the biggest enemy of the people in history, it's like opium was to China. Eventually it will destroy us but in the mean time we can discuss politics and such, at least until our government thinks we are a threat to their power over us. Then we will revert to peasantry.

@#1 ... How do you prevent Mark Zuckerberg from selling your information? ...
When CEOs in the tech world, e.g., Mr Zuckerberg, talk about privacy, the part the always seem to forget to mention is the part where they get full access to the person's data that is collected and can do with it pretty much whatever they want to.

I don't think you or other regulars like myself begrudge Rcade from making a living from ad revenue. Facebook disinterests me because the petty details of people's lives bore me. That's where I draw the line, for my personal life as well.
In the case of Amazon, I appreciate they way they use my viewing and purchasing habits to bring related products to my attention.
