Tulsi Gabbard responds to Hillary Clinton: Clinton "knows she can't control me"

Hillary Clinton implied Russians are "grooming" Tulsi Gabbard to run as a third-party candidate to disrupt the election, a charge which Gabbard denies. In a live interview with CBSN, Gabbard responds to Clinton's claims and says she will not run as a third-party candidate.

Tulsi Gabbard is a patriot.

And Hillary Clinton, WHO I VOTED FOR, is corrupt -- and the Democratic Party is also corrupt.

There are a number of threats to the will of the people being heard through their votes. While I understand why Gabbard wanted to focus on Clinton's attempts at defamation that doesn't mean that foreign interference, partisan gerrymandering, or corporate money don't also play a role. We would be wise not to forget this.

Clinton was right last time about Russia. 100% dead on.
Clinton didn't mention Gabbard. She didn't say any name.
Maybe Gabbard, falling in the polls and desperate to get attention had to respond. Had to do something to get her name out there.

Unfortunately, it is so much "dog, rock, yelp" it's not funny.
After Gabbard's tweet now I'm thinking Clinton's right.
Dumb move on Gabbard's part, IMHO.

Jeez.

I totally agree -- and that's why I still get pissed at Trump for publicly stroking Putin's toad when it was obvious that Russia trolled our 2016 election.

I think it's good to hear Tulsi say that even if she doesn't win the Dem Nomination, she'll stay a Democrat to fight for things that Dems really need to be fighting for, like being anti-MIC and anti-war.

Yav, Gabbard is barely on my radar but it's pretty clear Clinton was talking about her.

And to the degree that Russia is trying to support Gabbard, it's not because they want her to be president, it's because they know that Gabbard is offering a different narrative from Warrens and Bidens. Pointing out the flaws of some of the Democratic front runners. There's an easy way to counter that, eliminate those flaws.

I like Tulsi. Too bad she probably won't get the nomination.

Russiagate was debunked ...

The implosion of the collusion theory is a humiliation for everyone who promoted it.

Special counsel Robert Mueller's findings should finally put to rest the "collusion" theory that has consumed the mainstream media and the political class for more than two years.

The central question of Mueller's probe was whether there was any conspiracy between candidate Donald Trump and the government of Russian President Vladimir Putin to secure his election over Hillary Clinton in 2016.

And after an exhaustive inquiry with sweeping investigative authority, Mueller has answered it: The special counsel's office "did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities."

Trump, who inherited his wealth and has bankrupted himself multiple times, was too incompetent to to conspire with Russia.

And none of this says that Putin didn't try and troll America during the 2016 Elections -- Putin and his Troll Army did do those things.

But there's still no evidence that Russia got into voting machines and changed vote totals.

I agree, Hagbard, given the other candidates, but why confirm it?

With this flamewar she's trying to instigate, she becomes the new Jill Stein.
All she'll do is divide. Split off just enough. No chance in winning.
No chance to actually influence the platform like Bernie has done.

Russia, whether grooming her or not, has to be pleased.

Democrats, and those that ostensibly support more of the Democratic Party's principles than the GOP's, never learn.

Russiagate was overhyped by the establishment voices because they had egg on their faces after ironically screwing America into having Donald Trump as president. https://medium.com/@kevin_33184/its-time-to-reckon-with-clinton-democrats-who-pushed-russiagate-

The DNC and the media wanted to deflect blame in order to protect their precious reputations.

You subscribe to liberal Matt Taibbi's substack blog -- so, you know, relax.

Bernie and Tulsi are tight and everyone knows it -- and Bernie's right-hand woman, Nina Turner, ripped Hillary on twitter.

In fact, Hillary's motivation was probably to try and bait Bernie to respond in an effort to disrupt Bernie's big day today in NYC ...

I am back,' Bernie Sanders tells 25,000 supporters at NYC rally
www.apnews.com

"To put it bluntly, I am back," Sanders declared, sparking chants of, "Bernie is back" from the massive crowd.

The event marked Sanders' formal return to the campaign trail less than three weeks after he suffered a heart attack that threatened both his life and political future.

A security company hired by the campaign reported a crowd estimate of 25,000.

Among those speaking, filmmaker and activist Michael Moore told the cheering crowd that he was endorsing Sanders, shortly before Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., praised the Vermont senator on stage.

"Bernie Sanders fought for me," Ocasio-Cortez said as she introduced Sanders.

She heaped praise on the Vermont senator but did not explicitly say that she was endorsing him. The Sanders campaign announced earlier in the week that she had.

Before the rally, Sanders campaign manager Faiz Shakir said endorsements this past week from Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., in particular were proof that the Sanders campaign is growing. He predicted that they would especially help Sanders strengthen his support among young, minority voters.

Bernie FTW!

Context, chronology. You knew that, but you can't help yourself.

Curious - does this help or hurt your candidate?

It's funny when Libertarian voters argue other voters are... acting irrationally.

They make you sign a silly pledge you'll only vote in 1 parties primary. Not that it's tracked or anything, but if I'm going to vote in a parties primary I'm going to go ahead and join. It's not like there's a membership fee or expiring trial period.

Hillary is a dirtbag war pig and Tulsi has said twice now she will not run as a 3rd party candidate Hillary new she said she would not run 3rd party but lied about it anyway

#27 | Posted by PunchyPossum at 2019-10-20 11:04 PM | Reply | Newsworthy 1

Hillary is out doing two things, with the aid of her media cronies:
1) Pushing hard against anything she even remotely believes might benefit Putin. I said it during the 2016 election: Putin wasn't trolling FOR anyone...he was trolling AGAINST Hillary. They don't like each other. Now she's gettin hers. She sees us pulling back in Syria as good for Putin, so she's against it. Plus she's a hawk.
2) She's campaigning for Chelsea. She isn't going to make a single move that hasn't been calculated to make Chelsea look good somehow.

Attacking Gabbard accomplishes both. Tulsi would be a threat to Chelsea's ascendency to the throne, and Tulsi is anti-interventionist.

Just because Hillary didn't explicitly name Gabbard doesn't mean that anybody with a pulse can't clearly infer she is exactly who Hillary was referring to.

It was just like that hack author who claimed Trump had an affair with a member of his team. He dropped enough clues that it was clear that he was referring to Nikki Haley.

Same thing here.

IMO Gabbard is by far the most likeable candidate of this crop of Dem candidates.
