In the days after President Donald Trump paved the way for Turkey to invade Syria, several of his closest allies went to the White House - twice - to try to change his mind, according to four people familiar with the meetings.

"He (Trump)is technically human, but that's about it."

I prefer the term artificial person, myself.

Trump, the 'master negotiator,' completely rolled over for Erdogan and Putin.

Won't some Republican, ANY Republican, denounce this nonsense?

Quiet around here. Taylor has them on the run. At least until they get their talking points. And, yes, that's exactly what they're waiting on.

Trump kept asking them where the Pass Go and Collect $200 square was on the map.

By now, Republicans have probably reassigned the duty of emailing out Republican talking points.

No telling what might have become of the person who mistanekly emailed out the last two rounds to Dems.

And yet Graham was out there today parroting Trump's line about the impeachment inquiry being a 'lynching.'

The same Graham who was all about impeaching Clinton and requiring WH officials to comply with subpoenas.

Republicans have something on Graham.

Republicans who still support Trump have forfeited their consciences. According to the article, they had to show him the maps multiple times, it's like dealing with a child. For the good of the nation they need to support impeachment as soon as possible, this man should not be President another day. The Republicans need to remember, if they can, when they were Americans first and Republicans second. I don't think many of them can do that.

All trump's rotting brain can think is OIL GOOD.

Allies? Who cares? But OIL, that means MONEY. And money means LOVE FROM DADDY.

As Leonard Pince-Garnell might say: awful. Bad. Really bad. Bad conceptual theatre.

Yeah you really raised the level of discourse with that comment.

When youre in the cult of a con man and can offer no rational defense of him, just say the other side is emotional.
