Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden announced a new campaign yesterday called "Todos Con Biden" (Everyone With Biden) to help organize Latinx support for the former vice president. But there's just one little problem: The Biden campaign forgot to register the web address, Facebook name, and Twitter handle for the new initiative, allowing the Trump reelection campaign to scoop them up and use the accounts to spread anti-Biden messages.

There's also this...

Biden Campaign Drops Opposition to Super PAC Support
www.nytimes.com

...Joseph R. Biden Jr.'s campaign effectively dropped its longstanding opposition to receiving the assistance of super PACs on Thursday, opening the door for wealthy supporters to spend unlimited amounts of money to try and lift him in the Democratic primary.

The move represents a stark reversal and an implicit acknowledgment of his weakened position in the contest. He entered October with only $9 million in the bank, a fraction of his leading rivals.

Mr. Biden had explicitly denounced support from a super PAC in his 2020 run and had previously said he would not have blessed one if he had run in 2016. As recently as a month ago, when a possible pro-Biden super PAC surfaced, his campaign denounced the efforts....

So the question becomes... is level of money raised a leading indicator for the eventual success of a campaign?

It's latino or latina. Latinx is a word made up by the gringos and we've had enough of you suppressing our culture.

A third-grade mistake, but one indicative of the sloppiness of Joe's IT group. At this point Biden's IT group should be fired, all his computers shreaded, all his web pages and email accounts shut down, and the infrastructure re-built with better security. Remember HRC's problems before 2016? It's about to re-occur...

I'm sorry, I missed when this information was exploited by an official campaign.

"I missed when this information was exploited by an official campaign."

Fair enough.

Almost as embarrassing as when Biden told a debate audience to "go to Joe 30330."

That's the point. I've been aware of the Fringe Right and the Underground Left my whole life. The fringe loonies insert themselves into the mainstream Right much much more than the Left allows.
Trump is the epitome of this.

Yep. It wasn't registered and one of the other candidates, I think it was Buttigieg, snatched it up and used it as a redirect to his own campaign website.

Latinx is a word made up by the gringos

Latinx is actually the Spanish version of Unix used during the 60's. The major difference is that UNIX used NO-OP and LATINX used the more primitive WTF commands.

Before Latinx, the old Spanish version of Unix was called "No VA"... It's used was limited to air traffic control computer systems. Pilot would radio "Va ahora"? and Air Traffic controllers would respond with "NoVa ahora"... which translates to "Take Off approved" in English.

Latinx is also the operating system selected by Boeing for the 747 Max aircraft cockpit management system (CMS). It was selected because of it's WTF command structure. This operating system feature is heavily used at times on this Boeing model.

A little computer history for you...
