U.S. electronics factories are investing less and slowing hiring or laying off workers in some cases due to the rising costs of trade tariffs, according to an industry survey set for release on Wednesday.

Meanwhile in Texas the new Louis Vuitton factory will soak up many of those tech workers, expanding the world of high-end fashion accessories. If there is one thing that will keep the US economic engine humming its purses. They are vital to the world economy. Right?
