The man saw Kavanaugh collapse emotionally on stage and get confirmed anyway and so said. "Why not?"

and troubling as well as from Republicans who called it a low attack from a group they've long accused of bias against conservatives.

Reality tends to be biased against the foolish, the selfish, the lazy, the arrogant, the stupid..."conservatives".

Clearly this man has the temperament and self control to be a judge. /s

All the traits that disqualify him for the American Bar Association are the traits that Trump looks for in appointees. Hopefully, for Trump, he's also a rapist.

Please. You're all just piling on this guy because you can.

You don't know jack schitt about this guy or if those accusations are remotely accurate.

And be honest......you don't care.

As to his reaction? If it were an Obama nominee, you would be outraged and attacking the mean members of that committee for doing that and the emotion proves he isn't a sociopath.

What a bunch of --------- losers.

you're defending the guy because you think it makes you above it all and reasonable.

it doesn't.

The ABA has become just another "progressive" interest group, like many other professional and academic associations, such as the American Psychological Association.

It deemed VanDyke "not qualified" for a spot on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.~ FTA

Well this is probably true, only card carrying communists are allowed on the 9th.

How do they conceptualize man and womanhood in Kansas, EB?

The man was putting on an act or he lacks necessary social skills.

When Trump's last hissy fit hasn't worked we are going to see him collapse into tears on television also.

You can choose to be manipulated by such displays or be the mature human being God meant you to be.

Still chugging along on the brain dead "c-c-conservative" train are we?

I love it how you sneering, pitiful morons declare anything that disagrees with you a "democrat X" and act as if you're tethered to reality.

Does it hurt to be so pathetic?

This guy clearly has the resume for this position.

The whole Kavanaugh sob fest would have ended the nomination if it was a woman. She would have been labeled as "too emotional" to sit on the court. I guess labeling him as emotional is better than rapist.

"you're defending the guy"

not really. just attacking your blatant hypocrisy.

"yeah, the ABA is known for making up crap."

it was an individual from the ABA.

"You're one of those ornery before coffee types, aren't you?"

most folks would say I'm ornery before and after.....

"Please. You're all just piling on this guy because you can."

What?

Is the shoe on the other foot?

Is the world topsy turvy?

Piling on is a favorite conservative tactic didn't you know?

Have you stabbed your AOC voodoo doll today?

When Liberals use this tactic it is just beyond the Pale!

Out and beyond outrageous I tells ya!

Its almost as if someone at the ABA is writing it to try to dissuade irrational people from giving an irrational man more weight to his opinions, as if more subtle methods were ineffective in the past.
