It's too close to call and of course there are the usual anomalies in Democratic districts. Dead and imaginary voters heavily favor Democrats 100 to 0. The Legislature should decide this one.

Prove it. If thousands of people are gettting fake IDs in the name of dead people so they can cast 1 extra vote you should be able to provide some proof.

This has been EXTENSIVELY researched multiple times and nothing has been found.

Well, it worked for Al Franken

Al Franken's initial vote tally was close enough to trigger an automatic statutory recount, which is different than pursuing one on your own. The state canvassing board then recounted and certified Franken as the winner. His opponent then filed an election contest which was eventually unanimously rejected by the state supreme court.

In other words, Franken never asked anyone to recount anything, and accelted the final results at every stage. If you think that is remotely comparable to manually asking for a recount and potentially asking a legislature to declare you the victor, you are dumber than anyone thought possible.

Republican rules

1) Democrats winning by less than 20% is a stolen election
2) Republicans winning by 1 vote after voter supression and actual fraud is a mandate
3) Lying to congress about a consentual ------- is an impeachable offense for democratic Presidents
4) Bribery, Extortion, Lying, Self-dealing, Witness tampering, and obstruction of justice are not impeachable offenses for Republican Presidents
5) A report that starts with a banner reading "this is not a transcript" is a transcript
6) A report that explicitly states it does not exonerate Trump is "complete exoneration"
7) A live unedited video of Trump is "fake news"

Wait a minute...so you are saying someone lost an election and now they are whining and crying and demanding recounts? Well, this has never happened in the history of elections, except for EVERY FREAKING ELECTION EVER.

Cool list, now make one for Dems who have the same exact problem when something negative happens to them. Or are you just going to let your hate show that you don't care about objectivity and fairness? #3 is the best though because it shows how bad your logic is. The impeachment was for lying, not for a -------. Then in the very next rule you say lying should be an impeachable offense (removing the sarcasm of your post). So, you just contradicted your entire point. It's just a shame your hate won't let you be objective and smart.

I love how the Usual Idiots of the DR Left are crying about a Republican demanding a recount, but in every recount reversal since 2000, the Democratic Candidate who demanded the recount always won:

"Out of the 4,687 statewide general elections in the 2000 to 2015 decade, there were 27 statewide recounts, 15 of which were deemed "consequential" (with an original victory margin no more than 0.15 percent). In other words, there was one recount for every 173 statewide elections and one consequential recount for every 312 statewide elections.

Over the 2000-2015 period, recounts resulted in three reversals out of 15 consequential recounts, or one out of every 1562 statewide elections. These reversals took place in the races for U.S. Senate in 2008 in Minnesota, auditor in 2006 in Vermont and governor in 2004 in Washington. In each of those reversals, the victor was the Democratic candidate."

I don't see a single person complaining about a Kentucky recount in this thread. I see a few people objecting to the legislature potentially deciding the election. Can you point me to the people complaining about a recount?

in every recount reversal since 2000, the Democratic Candidate who demanded the recount always won:

Your example includes Al Franken, but he didn't "demand a recount," so you may want to edit your preamble for accuracy, counselor.

Pray tell what are the "usual anomalies" in Democratic districts? Seems to me the anomalies are normally found in conservative votes - I can cite examples if need be.

5000+ votes is not "too close to call". Florida went to shrub on far less. 5000 is a LOT of votes. It's not like we are talking a single digit difference. And even then - recount them and if there is a tie then and only then is an election "too close to call".

Conservatives always accuse liberals of doing the things they would do themselves. Which party had an election OVERTURNED due to voting "irregularities"?

Oh yeah... that was our good old Republicans.

Dems wouldn't need a box of votes. They already won the election by over 5000 votes. But, good to know what illegal things they need to be looking at from the Republicans.

BTW... Kentucky is a VERY RED state. If you think it is easy to commit voter fraud in Kentucky, it is because REPUBLICANS made it that way.

I didn't say that. I merely pointed out that republicans view lying as an impeachable offense when a Democrat does it once but not when a republican does it daily

Nothing in that post is about what I think. It is about what republicans DO
