Totally off topic here, but Bolton's above pic makes me think he should be the next Col Sanders. And if that happened, Trump would be better off because he'd likely axe the tons of KFC he already eats from his diet.

It's a bold new look for the veteran neocon and former counsel to Republican Deciders In Chief; choosing instead to play a game of "Mother, May I?"

Bolton maybe planning to testify in a manner that supports Trump.

"Bolton maybe planning to testify in a manner that supports Trump."

I wouldn't count on it. It's too late for that now. Bolton would like nothing better than to have Trump come crawling but there's way to much money to be made from a tell-all book. And let's face it, the prospect of money AND revenge is just too tempting.

Bolton is not going to testify, Trump has informed him of the consequences of doing so. Bolton is a coward and an unAmerican piece of crap just like most of us have always known he was.

I'm betting the court's ruling will cause Bolton and his pals to have to testify. Immediately after such an announcement, certain heads will explode all over DC...

Interesting testimony from Fiona Hill: "He told me, and this is a direct quote from Ambassador Bolton: You go and tell [John] Eisenberg that I am not part of whatever drug deal Sondland and Mulvaney are cooking up on this, and you go and tell him what you've heard and what I've said."

Nobody is accusing Bolton of being a part of the extortion . . . but by his own admission, Bolton knows a lot about it.

There's nothing stopping Bolton from testifying right now if he really wanted to. But keep in mind that Bolton also just signed a book deal (to be released next year before the election.)

Testifying now would blow a hole in the purpose of the book . . . REVENGE! (Not to mention a lot of money)

My guess is he'll weasel out.
