Fiona Hill, the White House's former Russia expert, said she and US Ambassador to the EU Gordon Sondland had several "testy" exchanges, and she described being angry with him because he "wasn't coordinating with us."

Mackris is such a joke... Hill worked for your other hero John Bolton who, unlike yourself, at least has brains enough to know that professional diplomats implement foreign policy, not the Pres's personal attnys.

Bolton is who sent her to report to the WH lawyers that she had just found Rudy's boy Sondland in the WH arguing with Bolton's professional staffer Col Vindland in front of the Ukrainian reps, Rick Perry, and Pompeo that they needed to comply with getting the "investigation" of Biden started if they wanted the military aid.

Which even Bolton knew was just crazy stupid, even if you don't.

That was July 10th.... which means that top WH officials knew early on that Trump was demanding dirt on Biden in exchange for military aid; profiting personally and politically from the expenditure of public funds authorized for military aid.

Not that you care about the facts or your country more than you do your tax cut... you know, the bribe Trump gave you.

Lindsey Graham Launches Senate Investigation Into Bidens and Ukraine
www.thedailybeast.com

What impeccable timing!! Can't get the Ukrainians to do it, let's have food old Lindsey Graham do it!!

Oh, wait, you're telling me Lindsey could have done this years ago? Why now? To protect Trump from impeachment? Or to help ensure Trump has political ammunition against his rival?

Either way, makes Lindsey look like a ------- moron.

This is all they have; it's an admission that Trump did what he is accused of doing... and they now are out to prove that it's really Biden's Fault... Biden made him do it.

Biden is kinda like the whistleblower in all this; neither of them did anything to help Trump try to bribe the Ukrainians, but they are all Republicans want to talk about.

Graham is going to look into Biden's corruption and you somehow think that Graham is the one gonna look bad?

Apparently, you've never heard of shooting fish in a barrel.

Hunter Biden -- Ukranian gas expert.

Also Hunter Biden -- Chinese hedge fund expert.

Also Hunter Biden -- TALF bailout recipient for his *3 week old* company

Joe Biden -- I never talked to my son about his foreign business dealings.

Fish in a barrel. Remember -- you heard it from me first.

What a pile of crap. Palast's reporting was spot on, and notice, Intertate Crosscheck is no longer even operating. Trump appointed Kobach to investigate voter fraud in the U.S., that dolt couldn't find any. Right now, you look like a partisan idiot still trying to prove Palast wrong even as he proves you wrong every time. Admit it, you don't want fair elections in the United States. I could respect you more if you would just be honest but you can't be because, in your soul, you are a filthy liar.

Graham always looks bad, that's what happens when you defend people who wouldn't give you the time of day. Graham is a pathetic figure, no one respects him. He stands for nothing. His only goal in life is to continue being a Senator. If he ever loses that he will lose his reason to live. There is absolutely no evidence that Biden did anything corrupt but don't let that stop Republicans from going on a witch hunt. Not the first time. Benghazzi!!!!! Here we go again.

Only partisans slaughter the source and only those same partisans quote sources they usually slaughter when the source tells them what they want to hear.

I've seen the same cadre of people slaughter....

Fox News
Rush Limbaugh
Red State
Wall Street Journal
etc...

same goes on the other side

Huffpost
daily beast
etc..

until any of them say anything that you wanted to hear....and then it's quoted, sourced, and justified with "see, they are telling me what I want to hear...so it must be true".

"until any of them say anything that you wanted to hear....and then it's quoted, sourced, and justified with "see, they are telling me what I want to hear...so it must be true"."

Well, there is a solid reason for that: if outlets who have been nakedly partisan in the past, even willing to lie, actually are saying something negative about someone they usually support, it follows the claims must be true. That doesn't mean the same outlets didn't lie about (fill in the blank), just that a 'statement against interest' is usually newsworthy.

Depends on whether it's a straight news story or a opinion piece. STS is moronic if it just attacks news stories that are widely reported. On the other hand, if it's an opinion piece by some ideologue, that's fair game. If people with a horrible record of forecasting make a new forecast, it's legit to impeach the witness. Take Dr. Gloom, Paul Ehrlich...please. 50 years of bogus environmental hysteria from that idiot.

I understand your excuses for it.....everybody offers that up and a justification.

when nakedly partisan news sources are reporting to nakedly partisan individuals, it comes down to what those partisans want to hear.

"I understand your excuses for it."

I'm not excusing it, I'm explaining in.

"when nakedly partisan news sources are reporting to nakedly partisan individuals, it comes down to what those partisans want to hear."

Which, to repeat, becomes newsworthy when a Fox News pundit says Trump committed a crime.

I agree, but that distinction is very rarely made here.

People lose their schitt over who the poster is before they even read the article, before determining if it's an opinion piece, before determining who wrote the opinion piece, or if it's a news story widely reported.

"Which, to repeat, becomes newsworthy when a Fox News pundit says Trump committed a crime. something I wanted to hear."

you ever notice that's going to be the case 100% of time?

I also see folks applying STS when a previously respected news source tells them what they don't want to hear.

Yeah the Republicans kept referring to it as "paid for by Democrats" though it is a fact that it was created at the behest of Marco Rubio during the primaries before Trump got the nomination. They are such liars but I don't know why they weren't called out on that during the hearings.

Not according to the original source materials I cited on this site many, many times. And you ignored it just as many times.

... Intertate [sic] Crosscheck is no longer even operating.

Most likely true. Yet, voter list maintenance continues as do "purges" because it's required by law, you were whining about some state doing it just a few days ago. Which just further proves Palast's fallacious reporting that Crosscheck was "purging" voter registrations.
