Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Saturday, November 23, 2019

From the airwaves of Fox News to talk radio to the right-wing blogosphere, conservative voices across the nation are asking: What happened to Matt Drudge? No right-tilting media outlet wields more influence than the Drudge Report, the widely read news-aggregation site launched in 1996. But those who follow the site closely say a sudden anti-Trump pivot is unmistakeable. "Lately he has been absolutely terrible toward President Trump," said conservative podcaster Josh Bernstein in a Nov. 8 show, dubbing the site "the Sludge Report." Gateway Pundit's Jim Hoft pleaded, "Dear Matt Drudge " Please come home," while Fox's Jesse Watters took notice of a series of anti-Trump headlines, saying, "it just seems like the website has recently played up Trump gaffes and downplayed his successes."

I know scores of Trump gaffes. Successes? Kind of a rare bird, aren't they?

" Kind of a rare bird, aren't they"

Tax cuts and court appointments have been an overwhelming success from their point of view. Even if he got nothing else done the effects of these will affect our country for a generation.

I think that analogies of Trump as being a dodo aren't necessarily emblematic of any particular success....

It's why Trump still has Jeff's support.

This is all just a test to see how far the right can be lead without question.

They pushed Trump support as far as they could and now they'll turn on him and watch if the herd of mouth breathing righties follows suit.

It will be interesting to see if they do.

Fixed the courts - RBG's seat will be coming home soon too
USMCA - negotiated and stain on the Dems for not ratifying it
China Trade-war - this was necessary
Ending Foreign Wars - no denying he ended wars and, more importantly, didn't start any new ones
Killed ISIS Leader
Job creation - best unemployment in history for a bunch of classes of employees
Economic growth - strong industrial economy in the world (Europe in recession, etc)
Sanctions on Iran and Russia
Alerted the nation to the issue at the border to take on Fentynal and opiodes - now we just need to build the wall

Solid track record - most influential president since FDR.

I guess we should feel grateful that he didn't order Bill Barr to open a DOJ investigation.

Poor little snowflakes need their safe place.
(R)tards are such weak spineless rubes.

(R)tards are worse than mere "weak spineless rubes". They are lying, stupid, greedy, toxic, hackishly partisan, vile spineless rubes. They are the biggest problem with America today. Trash.
