The war in Afghanistan would end in few weeks if Pakistan denied the Taliban safe haven in its territory, a top U.S. Senator said. Senator Lindsey Graham said the United States should negotiate with Pakistan instead of the Taliban to see an end to the war in Afghanistan. Mr. Graham also said that he wants to change the behaviour of Pakistan. "So, I want to try to get Pakistan to change their behaviour through a free trade agreement tied to security performances, then talk to the Taliban. I want as much leverage over the Taliban as possible to end this war," he added.

As for Lindsey Graham... Well sir, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. Just follow the yellow brick road.

I want to try to get Pakistan to change their behaviour through a free trade agreement

Have trade war with China, have free trade with Pakistan ... how is that going to work??? All of China's stuff will be packaged as "made in Pakistan" and sent to US... that's how it's going to work, undermining DOTARD bigtime. LOL

The simplest thing to do is to drop all your toys, get on your plane and LEAVE Afghanistan.

It won't even cost much.

I don't understand what the hangup is and what the negotiations are for?
