Well, we are about to answer question. If no one watches, did the debate even occur? Frankly, I think they would have better viewership if they just held it at a Starbucks with Beto asking questions while standing on a bartop.

Watching the Trump rally. There's a debate? Why would they schedule one against a Trump rally.

I doubt anyone outside Iowa is watching, and those people think watching corn grow is exciting.

I watched the Lightning play and win in OT/SO.

The ~60 or so comments on the live debate front page thread are all the summary I need for the last DNC debate.

Can't argue, it's true, more people will tune in to watch Trump lie to them than will tune in to watch an honest Democratic debate. His sychophantic followers don't care if he lies, they're in the cult and trust him to do everything right even if he does everything wrong.

"Can't argue, it's true, more people will tune in to watch Trump lie to them than will tune in to watch an honest Democratic debate"

some of it was honest...but some of it was 100% a lie......politically unrealistic agendas they know has zero chance of happening.

Now, that's fine...that's how the game is played at this level and this stage...but since you whined about lying, I thought I remind you of that.

BTW, until the democratic party selects a nominee...the less this is viewed the better...because at this point, it's just easy for folks to poke fun at the candidates and they try to carve out a lead for themselves....I mean it really forces them to lie their asses off at this point.

It's a contest as to who can make the most outrageous campaign promise......you know the candidates hate it.
