Oh, my.

I would love to have the same demise.

I would prefer to go like Dimebag Darrell, or maybe Great White.

Dimebag went quick.
A fire/smoke would suck.

This would have been an amazing performance to see live. The audience definitely got their money's worth. Screw all those other acts who promote their "last tour ever" or "last show ever". David Olney puts all of them to shame.

I can't remember if I cried
When I read about his widowed bride
Something touched me deep inside
The day the music died...

Bye, bye Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry
And them good ole boys were drinking whiskey and rye
Singin' this'll be the day that Disco will die
This'll be the day that Disco will die...

Flashback to 29 cents a gallon driving down to Gorham Neunert just to watch the river flow from a levee.
AM radio is king and now automation is across the nation. Paul is dead.

My great-great-grandfather did that when he was finished here. Blah blah blah...pause...*poof*... he was gone.

He was a 19th century political activist.
