First Trump usurps the authority of Congress by denying witnesses on impeachment; trying to send that question to the Courts, and now he's going after the Judicial branch using the DOJ and direct intimidation of judges.

And rwingers pretend to worry about the enhancement of the powers of the Executive.

Democrats should acquit all defendants until this judicial interference stops. Empty the jails.

Already happening in the 'soft on crime' sanctuary cities.

How did she treat Crooked Hillary Clinton? Just asking!

Hillary Clinton?

How did Rump-T know anything about Capone's confinement history, did he read his autobiography for pointers? Previously the only book he read was Mein Kampf. Lock him up in solitary!

Judge Jackson has lots of leeway, she should tear up the new sentencing memo and then sentence Stone from the original proposed range. If he were a minority accused of pretty any non-violent felony, DOTARD would be calling for the death penalty.

Oh, and when was Hillary Clinton in Judge Jackson's court room? Syphilis really is rotting Combover Quisling's tiny, impotent brain.

Sentence him to 30 lashes with a Cat O Nine Tails, administered by James Comey, to take place on the National Mall. Make an example of this creep...

"Paul Manafort's solitary confinement includes a personal laptop, phone, shower, and workroom
His legal team implied his situation was dire. A new Mueller filing suggests ... not so much."

@realDonaldTrump
Is this the Judge that put Paul Manafort in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT, something that not even mobster Al Capone had to endure? How did she treat Crooked Hillary Clinton? Just asking!

FAIR QUESTION. How come gangsters and Dems are treated differently by the courts than Paul Manifort?

Dictators interfere with judges doing their duties. Look at what is happening in Poland as it is very similar to what fat orange face is doing. r.search.yahoo.com

"FAIR QUESTION. How come gangsters and Dems are treated differently by the courts than Paul Manifort?"

If it's a fair question then I want a report on every single person put into solitary. What did Chelsea Manning do to deserve solitary?

State Courts don't try immigration criminal cases.

Being here illegally is a misdeamnor.

And I don't think you know what a sanctuary city even is.

I don't think anyone has enough crayons to explain it all to you.

hey "sheep" why don't you go to the nearest meat packing plant near you,(take a AR-15,ala'Planet Pizza for dramatic effect) and make sure none of your, "hard on immigration" russpublicans don't employee any of them. Bonus, maybe you can question some of the black folks too!

Is this the Judge that put Paul Manafort in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT

Oh, you mean the "solitary confinement" that, according to the DOJ, consisted of the following?

Manafort "is not confined to a cell"
Between 8:30 am and 10 pm, Manafort "has access to a separate workroom at the jail to meet with his attorneys and legal team"
He has "his own bathroom and shower facility"
He has "his own personal telephone," which he can use more than 12 hours a day
Those calls are limited to 15 minutes each, but when they cut off, he can just call the person back immediately
He's made nearly 300 phone calls in the last three weeks
He has a personal laptop he can use in his unit to review materials and prepare for his trial
He was provided an extension cord to let him use his laptop in either his unit or his workroom
He's not allowed to send emails, but he "has developed a workaround" for even that " his legal team brings in a laptop, he drafts the emails on that laptop, and they send them out after they leave.
He's being treated like a "VIP," according to his own account on a monitored phone call.
That solitary confinement?

Trump is a ------- lunatic. Just imagine for a second what would have happened if Barack Obama were surrounded by felons and he was going ------- on judges overseeing the trials of his criminal mob.

This is just too infantile for words.

But it's catchy enough for his base to believe.

That is, after all, the purpose isn't it?
