Sarada Peri: How can Democrats run against a candidate who will simply deny his unpopular positions and make up nonexistent accomplishments? No amount of fact-checking can counter his constant stream of mendacity, which has become white noise in our political culture.

He will cheat. He pretty much admits as much and has in the past. (This is the guy who doesn't feel it is problematic to seek out info about potential opponents from foreign governments such Russia and other American adversaries.)

The question is, will we be able to mitigate or off-set that cheating enough to prevent Trump from STEALING the election.

He literally did with Ukraine and Biden...and you say this?

He lies about literally everything constantly even things that can be Fact-Checked in 30 seconds.

And you pretend it doesn't happen.

You are what you are and there is no denying it.

__________
He is going to cheat

Bear is going to s--t in the woods. Snake is going to bite. Dog is going to bark. Trumps are going to cheat.

Trump will cheat, because he can. His 'ghost'-writer in his first book Art of the deal wrote that Trump's "deal" is to renege on every promise to repay what he owed to his contractors and his debts to "killer" bankers, i.e. the people and financial institutions that he borrowed from based on his father's name. So no reputable bank would deal with him, and he can only raise money from people and countries who need to launder them them through Trump "Laundromat" Organization.

In other words, he himself clearly announced that his "deal" is to cheat and screw his "partners" - so what else do you need? If it's a written confession, you already got it.

And now Trump wants to raise $1B of campaign funds to counter Bloomberg's cash wad. How many stiffs and patsies will line up to be grifted by the Trump Crime Family? The campaign will be charging $900/nt for hotel rooms, $24 for coffee, $350/head for a chicken salad sandwich at a campaign lunch, and $42 for valet parking. Someone is going to pay...Trump.

Donald Trump makes money the old-fashioned way--he steals it...

Is Holding Fake Lunch Contests Trump's Pettiest Scam?
The Trump campaign has held several contests to dine with the president. No one appears to have done so

The pettiest grift of Trump's presidency may be a scheme that was recently uncovered by Popular Information's Judd Legum. As Legum notes, the Trump campaign has held at least 15 online contests in which the winner was promised a meal with Trump. Many of them also promised travel accommodations.

This may sound great for Trump supporters, but there's one problem: despite the untold sums of money raised off the contests, no one appears to have actually sat down for a meal with the president.

Trump was the best candidate that conservatives had. And they STILL believe he is their best candidate. That tells us pretty much all we need to know.

Mackris tried that lame garbage a while back.

There are over 3,000 counties in the US. 244 isn't that large a pool.

Also, there's zero reason to believe it's indicative of widespread cheating more than poor maintenance of voter rolls. Especially since the evidence for voter fraud has been extremely, shall I say, non-existent.

"I highly suspect dems."

I highly suspect macro math: people die, and people move. In neither of those cases do they alert the Voter Registration folks.

That said, coroner information should be tied to voter eligibility, if it isn't already.

If memory serves, every one of those counties are in states that require voter ID.

Have you lost faith in that as a bulwark against cheating?

So what? Do you really think someone is going to risk being convicted of a federal felony in order to impersonate one voter? And how many people would have to take that risk to have an impact on the outcome of an election? And they would have to know who all those "dead" voters are, what precinct they live in and their address. In most places the people manning the polls actually know or at least recognize most of the voters who vote in that place. So now you have to coordinate that over millions of votes in multiple states to affect the outcome of a presidential election.

If the "dems" were that good at cheating, they wouldn't have lost the election.

What other fairy tales do you believe in? Santa Claus? The Easter Bunny? The Stork?

Get back to us on how many of them are voting.

Why is it when someone is caught voting an absentee ballot for a dead person and it is a Republiturd doing so it is a Democrat problem?

Every election the dems lose, they cry "CHEAT!" Why is it this happens every election cycle? Why don't the dems do something about it? It's like getting robbed all the time, yet never doing anything about your home security.

If you let those wascally Wepublicans twick you every election, you deserve to lose. Don't you guys get tired of being the Elmer Fudd of American politics?

#23 | POSTED BY JEFFJ

Could it be because Cross Check is insanely inaccurate?

Gee...I wonder...

Cross Check goes by First and Last Name and Birth Date only. Different Social Security Numbers? Oh well, it doesn't compare those. 1,500 miles apart? Doesn't matter. Different Middle Name? Absolutely doesn't matter.

If I have 226 people with the same first and last name, the chances are 50/50 at that point they will have the same birthday down to month, day and year. Common names are insanely found to have false positives because we have SO MANY PEOPLE with the same first and last name. You can imagine how many Steve Smiths or Daniel Johnsons there are. Hell, I have the same first and last name and same exact full birth date as two people in the town of 150,000 I grew up in. And my name isn't that common.

Worse, last names in minority communities are far less diverse. So they tend to have far more false positives. You could not guess how many Josue Garcias there are.

And it gets better. If I vote as Victor Johnson in one state and Vic Johnson in another state even with the same birthday and social security number, the system doesn't catch it.

And this doesn't account for other huge system limitations. It only works on Double Voting Across State Lines. Not in the same state. Only in Federal General Elections. Not in Primaries or Statewide Elections. And not for Deceased People voting.

It's a ------ ------ system but was used to purge a lot of voters.

That said, I'd be happy if they came up with a better system using middle names and social security numbers. The data is out there (I know because I have full access to it).

This is why Trump will not participate in any debates. Unless the democratic candidate is Biden, Trump will be called a liar to his face. Warren, Sanders and Klobuchar would have no problem calling him a liar and would probably do so in their opening statements.

There is a difference between saying someone lies and calling someone a liar. The first is passive aggressive and the second is straight out, put up your fists, aggressive.
