@#1 ... Where do these people come from? ...

imo, the correct question is more along the lines of, who elected this person?

Beer virus?

The beer and liquor shelves are totally stocked. Bread, eggs, milk, oil, meat, not so much. They need to draft the liquor companies to aid in food distribution.

As your comment alludes to...

What seems to be important in our current goods distribution infrastructure?

(rhetorical, because I am not sure I'd want to read your answer...)

Many distilleries are producing sanitizer voluntarily so there is that.

Here we aren't seeing too much issue with bread, eggs or milk yes it is selling out but it is restocking each day and I've noticed as peoples pantries fill up the stock is lasting longer each day. Yesterday at 5:30PM a store that gets it's truck at 6AM still had all of the above. Oil I haven't even seen a tiny issue with.

Meat however is another issue. That is going fast still. We are vegetarian so that doesn't affect us much but the other night my wife and I were at the store on the way home from work and she spotted some and bought it for a co-worker who is a meat eater and had not been able to find it in 2 days.

Instacart couldn't find me the hard liquors I wanted :( Guess it's time to distill some beer. At least Houston's 80+ breweries/brew pubs are all running drive-through pickups now.
