As America became the epicenter of the global coronavirus pandemic, President Donald Trump downplayed the escalating national crisis.

His comments at Thursday's afternoon briefing underscored the growing duality of the fight: While the President is telling a tale of great successes, of a government powerfully mobilizing, front-line health care workers are facing gruesome scenes in hospitals in a growing number of hot spots.

So much winning. I just never expected winning to be a celebration of death.

It is interesting that t-rump does not use an image consultant, though he would not follow any suggestions. But he must be stressed out and twirling circles in the Rose Garden might help, but if a sudden heavy rain came he might drown from gawking at the sky like a turkey. Quotes I've seen from his early book Think Like a Bazillionaire sound just like him and it is possible he actually wrote it himself. Now that he's old it's likely there is early onset Alzheimer's.
