Shows that FL has implemented only one of four social distancing mandates... and the late peak of death numbers and comparatively high death tolls expected reflect that.

We can!
And that's just one reason why the U.S. Government COVID-19 Response Plan assumes:
2. A pandemic will last 18 months or longer and could include multiple waves of illness.
