Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

At Monday's coronavirus press briefing, when Fox News' Kristin Fisher tried to ask President Donald Trump about problems with testing, the president lost his temper with her and began berating her for not congratulating him for how he has been handling the pandemic.

Compared to him saying his opponents "should not be allowed" to win an election against him later in that same press briefing, this seems pretty trivial.

... so horrid in the way you ask a question ...

The press is doing its job.

Why is not the President of the United States doing his job?

To be fair, donnie makes Melania say 'great job' too.

Any media outlet that wants to be respected should stop covering these propaganda conferences.

" Any media outlet that wants to be respected should stop covering these propaganda conferences."

He'd never let Fauci make another public statement. That's the real reason they're still covered.

"Compared to him saying his opponents "should not be allowed" to win an election against him later in that same press briefing, this seems pretty trivial."

Both are an affront to our constitution and our way of life. Neither are trivial.

Great job Mr. President. Now can you tell us why you F...ed up the entire response to the Corona virus?

Donald Trump's dangerous mental illness plays out in public every time he stands before a microphone and personalizes every comment about the functioning of government as being a direct indictment upon himself - where the only acceptable viewpoint in his opinion is one in which he deserves praise, never criticism.

He is psychologically unable to process that certain immutable facts exist in reality, they are not subjective inventions created solely as political weapons wielded against him.

His narcissism places all of our lives in jeopardy. The GOP itself bears as much responsibility for refusing to make him ascribe to reality as they do for not correcting him when he politicizes life and death issues in divisive partisan tones when the goal is simply to protect the lives and safety of everyone.

Dear Republicans,

You are too stupid to vote. Please don't do it again.

Can anyone imagine if Barack Obama spoke to reporters the way Trump does?

Can anyone imagine if reporters spoke to Barack Obama the way they speak to Trump?

Reporters considered this a tough question to pose to Barack Obama: "How do you overcome intransigence from the Republican Party?"

#17 | Posted by JeffJ at 2020-04-07 01:24 PM | Reply

Comparing Trump to Obama is like being blind in one eye and unable to see out of the other.

Obama acted in a manner that encouraged, if not demanded, respect. Trump acts like a spoiled 5 year old with homicidal tendencies.

What a tool you are. The questions that send Trump into his dirty diaper fits are legitimate. I'd love to see you post one that isn't.

You mean softballs like these...

I wanted to ask you about your evolution on the surveillance issues. I mean, part of what you're talking about today is restoring the public trust. And the public has seen you evolve from when you were in the U.S. Senate to now.

And even as recently as June, you said that these " the process was such that people should be comfortable with it. And now you're saying " you're making these reforms and people should be comfortable with those. So why should the public trust you on this issue and why did you change your position multiple times?

Give me a break. Your sycophancy is getting pathetic.

"Reporters considered this a tough question to pose to Barack Obama"

No.
The question isn't tough.
What the question asked Obama to do turned out to be impossible.
That's the tough part.

Remember that time when George W. Bush called on a reporter, and the reporter said, "I don't have a question, I just want to say thank you."

Why can't Trump figure out how to do that? Trump makes W look like a smooth operator.

"Dear Republicans,

I demanded they lose the right to vote after W. Nation didn't listen so we let Trump steal an election just like W did. Now the only question is if he will steal another one. Though, with a $500 billion dollar slush fund he should be satisfied.

That was the gay male hooker that GWB had for about 17 sleepovers at the WH. HuH? But it was the R's that demanded to know who stayed in the Lincoln bedroom when Clinton was in office. Why didn't they demand the same of GWB? Did they have pillow fights?
