I had not a clue what that meant. And to be honest, I still haven't a clue.

and I realized you might be talking about the sports-welfare system of the cable companies.

Then it all made sense.

Lived in cincinnati for couple years. I asked neighbor which way the sports winds blow. Told me true cincinnati fans hate the st louis cardinals, pittsburgh steelers, and andy dalton.
