DOJ Press Release: U.S. Attorney Jason R. Dunn announced that Bradley Bunn, age 53, from Northern Colorado, was arrested this weekend after being charged by criminal complaint with possession of illegal destructive devices, namely pipe bombs, which were found after a search warrant was executed at Bunn's residence. Bunn is scheduled to have his initial appearance via video conference tomorrow before a U.S. Magistrate Judge, where he will be advised of his rights and the charges pending against him. The FBI and the ATF joined in this announcement. According to the facts contained in the affidavit in support of the criminal complaint, on May 1, 2020, FBI special agents, along with other law enforcement officers and agents, executed two search warrants in Northern Colorado. Both search warrants were for the residence of Bradley Bunn. During the search of Bunn's residence, FBI agents discovered four pipe bombs. Separately, the technicians found two one-pound containers of .308 caliber cartridge reloading gunpowder in Bunn's vehicle, which is a potential pipe bomb component. Bomb technicians transported the destructive devices to a range where they were successfully rendered safe. Bunn has been charged with the possession of destructive devices. If convicted he faces not more than 10 years in federal prison, and up to a $250,000 fine. A criminal complaint is a probable cause charging document. Anyone accused of committing a federal crime has a Constitutional right to be indicted by a grand jury. This matter was investigated by the FBI and ATF, with support from local law enforcement. The charges contained in this indictment are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump

The Governor of Michigan should give a little, and put out the fire. These are very good people, but they are angry. They want their lives back again, safely! See them, talk to them, make a deal.

'They seem very responsible to me'

Bradley Bunn's eldest daughter said "ever since he served in the military in Iraq in 2003 and was involved in a convoy explosion he hasn't been the same. And he was also very bitter about getting a dishonorable discharge."

Bunn's facebook page has a seal that reads "when tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty" and that he posted that he "might not live much longer."

He said he was going to go the Capitol to the reopen now rally with a firearm and possibly cause havoc, but was arrested several hours before the rally was to begin.

"One less feral Trumper voter."

Looks like there are more where he came from:

In a motion to restrict some documents in the case, U.S. Attorney for Colorado Jason Dunn wrote that at the time the search warrant was executed Friday "there were concerns that Mr. Bunn was escalating to violence and that he had the means to commit violence."

He also wrote that on Saturday night, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security issued an alert saying it had identified threats of violence toward FBI agents and local law enforcement coming from a "white supremacist extremist instant messaging group" that was claiming a "quick reaction force" was staging in Fort Collins in response to the Friday raid.

Dunn wrote that the group was "inciting followers to shoot through their doors at FBI agents and local law enforcement officers performing said raids."

He wrote that the FBI "understands this warning to pertain to associates of Mr. Bunn, and the FBI is taking steps to safeguard and warn agents and local law enforcement officers in the area."

Dunn said that misinformation about Bunn's arrest was being published online and that information "may be causing associates of Mr. Bunn to consider escalating to violence." He asked the judge to release a redacted version of the affidavit and complaint to allow the government to "promptly correct and clarify that information," to which the judge agreed.

With the way things are now, his case will not have been decided by election day, and since he's presumed innocent, until he's actually convicted of a felony, he'll have every right to cast his ballot, and from his actions and attitude, it's very likely that he WILL vote for Trump.

Should they be disarmed for the meeting?

Should they be checked for Pipe Bombs?

Should their social media accounts be examined for evidence of discussions of violent crimes with potential accomplices?

Or should they just, you know, show up armed to the teeth, and break through police lines?

Do all lives matter any more?

I love it when those so angry about the "lockdown" get to experience real lockdown. He'll probably be locked down for quite a few years.
