It sure is heartwarming to see Americans coming together in the racist orange turd's food lines.

Trump is so generous to feed his people. We are lucky to have a living gawd and such a thoughtful and caring leader. He is such a Dear Leader. We love him so much. Thank you for the check Mr President. I will definitely buy some disinfectant and UV lights. If trump thinks the masks are for sissy's then that is that! Trumpy knows these things. I will do what trump says and not the fake media. The doctors are all amazed at how smart Trumpy is. Dear Leader Loves his peoples. You libbies just don't appreciate the greatness that is Trump.

"They've passed the point of actually wanting to improve the country and now just want to ensure the country fails under Trump (sound familiar? )"

We are watching in horror as our fellow Americans die while Trumpy fiddles with his weenie during his "executive time".

That's not partisan hate. That is fear. The fear that our government is not going to defend us from all enemies foreign or domestic.

And Trumpy and you deplorables only make that fear worse allowing our worst fears and nightmares to come true on a daily basis.

They've passed the point of actually wanting to improve the country and now just want to ensure the country fails under Trump (sound familiar? It's EXACTLY what Libs were saying about Reps during Obama's reign).

You mean liberals like the Democrats in the House who are working to pass a stimulus plan that actually benefits the people who are suffering as a result of the Trump administrations inaction and incompetence instead of offering them a pittance while giving away the store to the ultra wealthy like the GOP Senate crafted bill did.
No, liberals do not want the country to fail under Trump. The country has already failed under Trump and we want him and his criminal cartel gone. His lack of leadership has given us no national plan for combatting this disease which in turn has resulted in the biggest economic crash the world has ever seen.

Man, Liberals have gone way passed the deep end and can be considered enemies of the state at this point. They've passed the point of actually wanting to improve the country and now just want to ensure the country fails under Trump (sound familiar? It's EXACTLY what Libs were saying about Reps during Obama's reign). They've used this whole pandemic as a weapon for their partisan hate. It's pretty easy to see how much they wished for something like this to happen so they could spin everything to be about Trump.
The fact that it's so easy to spot the malicious nature of partisan hate but the actual people spouting it can't is very telling.

Humtake is a perfect example of a Republican.

Dumb as fffk and unable to learn.

Yet, self assured he knows everything.

Millions of Americans, like him, are eager to vote for Trump in November.

Millions of Americans, like him, are eager to retake congress and return it to Republicans.

I'm not sure if every presidential race feels like the results may end our nation. But, this one sure does.

Many Americans had this quaint idea that the President of the United States would put their fortunes ahead of his own. Like even try to protect them, maybe.

Not me, of course. Never me. Just being honest. Saw Trump for what he was long before he was even elected. Give a monster power and people suffer.

You guys on the left can stop now.

I don't like Trump either, and there should have never been a shut down to the extent there has been, but let's not pretend that those on the left aren't clamoring for an even longer lockdown (18 months, says Snoofy) that would make bread lines look like a success story. More likely, it would be like that scene in contagion where families were rioting in an attempt to get some MRE's.

Of course if you had someone like Bernie in charge, the economy would have been nationalized in the interest of the state, and we'd have our own little Hugo Chavez, only with Trump hair.

And I don't want to be misunderstood, Trump is an utter ------- loser who could give a ---- about anything other than Trump.

Let's not pretend we're getting one.

I'm just going to thrown this out there for our Republican friends, DJT is worth ~$3B. He's 72.

Kylie Jenner is 22 and worth ~$1B.

Like Trump, she's a reality TV star, she's a billionaire...she seems like the ideal Republican candidate for 2024.

#12 | POSTED BY MADBOMBER

I mean, you're right, to the extent that if we had testing, and if we quarantined international travelers coming from hot spots, it could have been avoided.

But, since we didn't do that, the shut down is the most prudent course of action.

MadBomber you come here here mostly to share dystopian Socialist fantasies.

Why don't you do a "Of course if you had someone like Merkel in charge" for us? Try that. Or Moon Jae-in.

You've yet to demonstrate sufficient understanding of this to make this statement.

And your attempts at explaining a viable alternative have been laughable.

but let's not pretend that those on the left aren't clamoring for an even longer lockdown (18 months, says Snoofy) that would make bread lines look like a success story.

No, the 18 month figure is the length of time this thing is likely to go on. People seem to be under the impression that this is over in June. For good.

They've got a nasty surprise come Octoberish.

More likely, it would be like that scene in contagion where families were rioting in an attempt to get some MRE's.

Let things go on uninhibited and it might get there when people refuse to go to work or go out of their house except when they absolutely have to.

Of course if you had someone like Bernie in charge, the economy would have been nationalized in the interest of the state, and we'd have our own little Hugo Chavez, only with Trump hair.
#12 | POSTED BY MADBOMBER

Somebody like Bernie was never going to be in charge so while a nice bit of fantasy it's not really relevant.

A Hillary administration would have likely handled this much better.

"A Hillary administration would have likely handled this much better."

I have a feeling you might already know this JPW, but I'm going to share with you a little bit on leadership I've learned over the years as a military aviator.

Being a good leader doesn't require knowing everything about everything. You're OK if your scope of understanding is a mile wide and an inch deep. But being a good leader does require finding those who know a lot about a little and trusting them to handle those things. It also requires keeping close those who will disagree with you when you're wrong, or tear your ideas to pieces. Those are the people you want working for you. Not the ones who are going to pretend any turd you hand them is a gem.

Now I think you have some idea as to why I can't stand Trump as a president. It honestly has very little to do with his policies...it's him as a person. And his cult of mindless followers.

#20 | Posted by madbomber at 2020-05-14 02:20 AM | Reply

@20 Very well stated, Madbomber.

I'm sorry to inform you that it most likely fell on deaf ears. You might have well been talking about B-52 avionics and JPW would have called -------- on your knowledge.

#21 | Posted by JeffJ at 2020-05-14 02:27 AM | Reply

JPW seems pretty smart.

My issue is largely with the Bernie Bros and others further left who skewer Trump supporters, but behave in exactly the same way. My issues with Trump have little to do with his policies, but rather his behavior. The Bros don't seem to have much problem with his behavior, other than it's not their idiot who is in charge.

Dang that Obama! Leaving all them cupboards all bare like that!

And China this is obvious all your fault, too.

Now.

Pass the Lysol, please. My nose is runny.
