Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

An armada of tankers filled with Saudi Arabian crude steaming toward the U.S. threatens to prevent America's oil glut from draining, which is only just beginning. Over 30 ships are set to arrive on the U.S. Gulf Coast and West Coast during May and June, according to ship tracking data compiled by Bloomberg.

#3 - it was true. Peak oil was the amount of oil we could extract AT THAT TIME, based on the usage AT THAT TIME.

Both factors have changed since then.

Also, the Saudis have changed too. Then, they only had oil. Since then, they have bought huge swaths of American gov't.

The answer is simple, send the tankers back, or leave them sitting. Our gov't won't do either because they have sold out to the Saudis.
