Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

Destroying or altering evidence, lying under oath, leaking classified info ... but no pre-dawn televised raid for any of the wrongdoers. In the entire 2016"19 efforts to derail the Trump campaign, transition, and presidency, Hillary Clinton, Christopher Steele, and the FBI, Department of Justice, CIA, and other government bureaus have consistently sought to distort reality. Some of our best and brightest have destroyed evidence, altered documents, lied, leaked, and pled amnesia when questioned about their reprehensible conduct. At each stage, they were aided and abetted by a compliant media.

You support Donald Trump.

I sincerely don't know why you're complaining?

Or why you think you have a right to -----?

Following my theory that Trumpites come here on days when Donald has done something especially stupid, what especially stupid thing has Donald done today?

ZED

I prefer to ask ~ What stupid thing has Donald done today that we don't know about yet?

His underground weasels are very busy tunneling holes through the Constitution.

It's always good to plan ahead.

"Later he claimed that his conduit to the media, Daniel Richman, a law professor at Columbia University and Comey's close friend, was his own personal attorney. Thus, he signaled that he could exercise attorney-client privilege to avoid testifying at all about the leaked memos in any proposed criminal trial."

NRO contributor VICTOR DAVIS HANSON is the Martin and Illie Anderson Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution and the author, most recently, of The Case for Trump. @vdhanson

What passes for objective "news" these days.

@#5 ... What passes for objective "news" these days. ...

What is really sad is that the National Review does not label it clearly as an opinion piece.

How far NR has fallen. I used to really like reading them.

This is rich coming from the Republicans.

You lie about the witnesses and the evidence then pretend the Trump Admin did nothing wrong.

What about all the conversations on Apps and Email that was deleted by Trump Campaign staff that involved Russia?
Stone lying?
Flynn lying?
Trump lying?
Trump refusing to release documents?
Trump White House staff still using private servers and private cell Apps to communicate with foreign countries?
Trump bragging that he is hiding information from the investigation?
30 witnesses refusing their subpoenas?

Attack Mueller for not answering questions directly during his Congressional appearances? Except most of the questions were from Democrats about the Report that would have damaged the President.

My favorite is your author going after Comey...who just days before the election LIED to Congress and the American Public about new Clinton emails thereby damaging her campaign. Oh yeah, he was TOTALLY helping Clinton by somehow destroying her campaign?

And don't forget the leaked Steel Dossier your idiot author talks about and blames on Dems for leaking... David Kramer, a Republican and McCain advisor, admitted under oath in court testimony that HE leaked the Steel Dossier around Washington to everyone who would listen.

The entire article is one lie after another.

But what do you expect from VICTOR DAVIS HANSON? He thinks Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, describing him as "a rare sort of secretary of the caliber of George Marshall" and a "proud and honest-speaking visionary" whose "hard work and insight are bringing us ever closer to victory". This is the same idiot author who talks about how great the Trump Cabinet is. He has no political science education or economics education. His undergrad and PhD is in Classics.

He's just one more idiot boomer.

"His undergrad and PhD is in Classics."

And people say a Liberal Arts degree is useless!
