David Moye: Twitter users brutally mocked President Donald Trump on Memorial Day for simultaneously claiming he's getting "great reviews" for the way he's handled the coronavirus pandemic and griping he's not getting enough credit. The tweet came Monday afternoon as U.S. deaths related to COVID-19 neared the 100,000 mark. Not that the president thought that was worth mentioning.

Trump is acting like the COVID-19 response effort is a reality TV show where ratings and reviews are the only measures of success.

How close is Trump to being psychotic? Not as an insult but actually?

It's going to be interesting if America can't get rid of a psychotic president. Because the crazy man furthers someone's agenda? Because crazy is intimidating? Because the crazy man is supported by other crazy people?

Psycho whines BOTH that nobody gives him credit AND people are giving him great reviews. Narcissistic, paranoid, delusional and impossible thinking. pic.twitter.com/UySoqDIeSu

It depends on the cult of the right. Don't get me wrong the US is polarized and people are either in one camp or the other for the most part. I really don't understand my conservative friends who won't vote for Biden. The guy is a practical centrist. Most are at least considering it though. Usually their Biden concern is both his age and his running mate choice. And then I just shake my head...

This is EXACTLY why he got voted in. This country is filled with more people who just want a show than people who actually want constructive and objective leaders. If that weren't the case, we would never have had Trump or Clinton in the last race, and we definitely wouldn't have the party who claims to be full of morals supporting a guy who does the exact same sexist things that his party hates on Cons for. It's all a show. Has been since Clinton. Before him, it was just power controlling the nation. Now it's entertainment.

Yes, because Clinton and Obama turned the White House into a Reality TV Show and bragged about their ratings...

Humtake, you are one more useful idiot for Trump.
