Global warming is no longer a distant threat as exceptionally warm temperatures in some parts of the Arctic reach as much as 16 degrees Celsius (29 degrees Fahrenheit) higher than the usual, according to meteorologists. Russia has experienced the warmest winter ever recorded.

Those regions are dry anyways. They are technically arctic deserts and are as arid as the desert southwest in the USA because during the winter it gets so cold if freeze-dries everything. Even when it rains there it dries fast. In the summer it's almost every day they have thunderstorms that set fires everywhere, all the time

Looks like "Race Riots" is going to have some serious competition to how 2020 is going to eff us in the A in June...
