If they banned Dotard, I might have to reactivate my Twitter account.

The same day Trump retweets a video where a 'Cowboy for Trump' says that "the only good Democrat is a dead one". He also said that Democrats like Govs. Ralph Northam of Virginia and Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan should be hung for treason.

Trump is going to try to weaponize the FTC to target specific Social Media companies for anti-Trump speech. That will be appealed forever, but the point is to rile up his base and cause Twitter to self censor.

Trump won't let citizens sue otherwise FB will be defending against anti-Nazi suits forever.

Trump isn't against social media platforms. He wants them busy with users and advertisers so that he can occasionally poke a straw into their
net incomes and teach them valuable lessons about serving him in the best way (cough).

If you're feeling tattooed over by social media Liberals then, as has been suggested many times before, take your massive wealth, start a social media platform where your humor and opinions can be displayed and all who thirst for truth and laughs will be happy and dance.

Here's a thought, if you don't want to be fact checked, then stop posting easily provable blatant lies!

Finding all social media sites would require an algoritham (sp) who's going to write one for Trump?

frankly at worst trump might be able to shut down the internet beyond say email at which point we still have social media.

and I know he won't go after email because that exists for military bases and Universities to communicate.

How dare they fact check our Dear President!

Maybe if he didn't lie so much it wouldn't even be an issue.

17,000 lies and counting.

just wait until Justice Kavanaugh tells Trump he's full of crap.

Trump's executive order can't undo a precedence set by a court ruling. In this case, the Supreme Court has already ruled, and Justice Kavanaugh wrote the majority opinion, that companies like Twitter and Facebook, CANNOT be sued for violating someone's freedom of speech because private companies are not subject to the 1st Amendment, only the government is. And this opinion has already been sited in several cases where conservative groups have tried to sue social media companies for alleged anti-conservative bias, the most recent being just this week, when a federal appeals court ruled that Twitter, Facebook, Google, and Apple did not violate anyone's 1st Amendment rights.

When sites start censoring people they don't agree with, it's all good for Libs. But when the other side pushes back, it's a problem. And on and on and on and...
