Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

Thousands of people took to the streets of Minneapolis on Friday to protest the death of George Floyd, a local black man who died after a white police officer knelt on his neck during an arrest. All the while, a Customs and Border Patrol drone kept a careful eye on the unfolding unrest.

I suppose if George Floyd had just had a gun and shot the cop, none of this would have happened. He would not be the victim of Government Tyranny he is today.
Wait, that's exactly what that other black guy did when the Government jackbooted thugs kicked down his door in the middle of the night. He used his totally legal right to shoot them. How'd that work out for him and his girlfriend?

I think they strip your visa and deport you for taking part in a protest of any kind.

You have to catch a charge and be convicted. If it's catch & release nothing happens. You can even be convicted and charged of disorderly conduct and some other "non-removable" offenses and your immigration status is still good.

Just don't press your luck under a Republican administration.
