"Most of you are weak," Trump said. "You have to arrest people."

"That COVID stuff still bothering you?" he added.

The exterior lights on the White House are normally only turned off when the President has died. This is merely commentary on the extraordinary gesture, nothing else.

This is time for a free market solution. Offer a reward for video that leads to an arrest. Some protesters will earn some money while outing the Reich wing provocateurs.

He sounds like a goddamn hysteric on that phone call. It's not what he says but how he says it. He's the President of the United States with the manner of a fainting woman saying if it weren't for you bastards I'd look good.

Mr. Trump said that Minnesota had become "a laughingstock all over the world." The president had just spoken with President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia before addressing the governors.

This is all you need to know

Well Trump got one thing partially right.

Trump said. "You have to arrest people."

4 people. The murderers.

Anarchy, rioting, and looting needs to end tonight.

If local law enforcement is overwhelmed and needs backup, let's see how tough these Antifa terrorists are when they're facing off with the 101st Airborne Division.

We need to have zero tolerance for this destruction.

The police violence against protestors in Hong Kong is unacceptable. We must support these brave individuals standing against Chinese Communist Party tyranny and pass the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act.

These protests would be very cool and very legal if it was about haircuts and the protestors were heavily armed (and white).
In that case Trump said the governors should make a deal with the protestors.

The grown ups have long since left the building, and now it seems the country:

I wonder if Jim Mattis, who claimed he would know the moment to speak out when he saw it, has any thoughts to share this evening?

This has gone way beyond protesting...rioting and looting isn't protesting - it's domestic terrorism. I don't care who starts it, it needs to stop. For everyone's sake, it needs to stop. I'm not sure what the Patriot Act says about this...but maybe someone who does should think about that.

More burning of corporate assets please. We need to send a message. People are more important than things. Labor is more important than capital. Capital is the energy of labor stolen by thieves. I hope the protests grow into a huge attack on capital itself. America would be the better for it if the rich became terrified of the plebes. The doles would be out of sight. UBI IS JUST A FEW MORE RIOTS AWAY. We can't stop now.

If all black people are supposed to accept responsibility for those who are looting and destroying, does that mean that all white people are supposed to accept responsibility for the neo-nazis, "proud boys" and other white supremacist rabble-rousers? If not, why not?

The rioting and looting should stop, because it plays into Trump's hands.

If you listen, late in the call, one of the governors says "Oh yeah? Well, the jerkstore called. They're running outta you."

I heard somebody else on TV say that last night, they might have been quoting Susan Hennessey. She's not wrong, this would be the time for ALL these former Trump Generals to speak up. Tony Schwartz who ghostwrote Dotard's book "the Shart and the Feel" reports that this is Dotard probing to see how far he can push the military to do his bidding. The further they go this time, the more likely they are to suppport Martial Law just prior to the election if it looks like he's going to lose.

Funny how it's the riots that are domestic terrorism.
Not the killing of unarmed citizens by police. No terrorism there!

Funny how it's the riots that needs to stop.
The killing of unarmed citizens by police? That can go on. Maybe even increase a little to stop the riots.
