The FBI has collected no intelligence indicating that "antifa" was involved in violence over the weekend related to protests over the death of George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man who died on May 25 after a white police officer in Minneapolis knelt on his neck for nearly nine minutes, The Nation reported. President Donald Trump and Attorney General William Barr both blamed antifa -- a loosely organized left-wing group consisting of anti-fascism activists -- for violence linked to a series of protests that took place on Sunday.

The rightwingers both in government, in the media, and even on this site, have turned Antifa into the biggest LIE of these protests and uprisings over the last few days. There is zero CREDIBLE evidence whatsoever that Antifa as an organization has had any connection whatsoever with any violence or looting over the past week. IT IS A GIGANTIC LIE THAT SHAMELESS REPUBLICANS AND TRUMP SUPPORTERS ARE TRYING TO PUSH. THIS IS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE PLAYBOOK OF GOEBBELS AND HITLER.

If they don't have any factual intelligence, they'll make it up.

Incorrect headline. You have to go to The Nation's article it uses as a source.

"The FBI's Washington Field Office "has no intelligence indicating Antifa involvement/presence" in the violence that occurred on May 31 during the D.C.-area protests"

That's just the D.C. Area. Good thing, but investigations elsewhere are ongoing.

"Investigations" in progress is double-speak for 'we got nothing, but we will keep looking forever until we find something or can make up something at least a little bit convincing'.

Say that again, but make Trump and his cronies the context.

That aside, given the context of actual organized criminal gangs taking advantage of peaceful protests for mass store robberies, lets hope they figure something out. The FBI just started collecting footage from LAPD today, likely to run through facial recognition.

They'd get more hits if they collected footage from the public, and searched for police and military faces.

Three Nevada men with ties to a loose movement of right-wing extremists advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government have been arrested on terrorism-related charges in what authorities say was a conspiracy to spark violence during recent protests in Las Vegas.

Federal prosecutors say the three white men with U.S. military experience are accused of conspiring to carry out a plan that began in April in conjunction with protests to reopen businesses closed because of the coronavirus and later sought to capitalize on protests over the death of George Floyd, a black man who died in Minneapolis after a white officer pressed his knee into his neck for several minutes even after he stopped moving and pleading for air.

The three men were arrested Saturday on the way to a protest in downtown Las Vegas after filling gas cans at a parking lot and making Molotov cocktails in glass bottles, according to a copy of the criminal complaint obtained by The Associated Press.

"People have a right to peacefully protest. These men are agitators and instigators. Their point was to hijack the protests into violence," Nicholas Trutanich, U.S. attorney in Nevada, told AP. He referred to what he called "real and legitimate outrage" over Floyd's death.

The complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas on Wednesday said they self-identified as part of the "boogaloo" movement, which U.S. prosecutors said in the document is "a term used by extremists to signify coming civil war and/or fall of civilization."

The Seattle Times

Will Trump designate the Boogaloo movement as terrorists? Of course not! Because they're actual terrorists.

"My mission was to go support the people who were there to let their voice be heard and to express that I'm an ally," Caraway told CNN on Tuesday. "That was my only intention."
The 32-year-old Ohio native shot to infamy this week when he was seen in a widely shared video speaking to a group of black men during Saturday's protest. "We're building a barricade. Go get everything you can find," Caraway can be heard saying. He appears to hand some money to one man out of his wallet.

So it sounds like it's right-wing, Trump-supporting jagoffs pretending to be Antifa that are the real problem. Yet it's this mythical Antifa that's declared a terrorist group. It's almost as if the Trump jagoffs are being disingenuous to cover their criminality.

Explain how killing George Floyd causes violence, and you might have found your answer.

Of course, that would only work if you can see how killing George Floyd causes violence. Not sure you can.

"As far as we know, antifa doesn't have bank accounts or assets or infrastructure, Faiza Patel, director of the liberty & national security program at the Brennan Center for Justice, told us in an interview. Also there haven't been any deaths attributed to anti-fascist violence, and one of the hallmarks of foreign terrorist organizations " a designation the U.S. government does make " is the acknowledgement of attacks that involve many fatalities."

New York, NY, January 17, 2018 ... The number of white supremacist murders in the United States more than doubled in 2017 compared to the previous year, far surpassing murders committed by domestic Islamic extremists and making 2017 the fifth deadliest year on record for extremist violence since 1970.

And those deaths attributed to white supremacy are the truly blatant ones; they do not include those deaths that held racial purifying intent, but did not provide ENOUGH evidence to officially label them as such.

Still waiting for someone to point out the actual deadly nature of ANTIFA.

No antifa supporters among early arrests:

Antifa' Is Literally Never Mentioned in the First Prosecutions of Protest Violence

Trump called them terrorists. Bill Barr claimed they are "instigating" violence at the protests. But antifa is not referenced in any of the 22 criminal cases from the protests.

Antifa is a made up "group" that amounts merely to people from the left that are not going to take bullying from the state or far right and protest. Righties like to throw looters and other types that are instigating for their own gain but are merely opportunists. There is no "organization" to "antifa" as there is right wing extremists because there is simply no Antifa "group"... Yes, honestly there are real far left groups that are dangerous but they are minute compared to those on the right. Yes there are also simple PO'd idiots on the left that do commit acts of violence as well.

Police in Clallam County, Washington, are investigating an incident where a family of four was falsely accused of being members of antifa by people at a campsite they were staying at, the Peninsula Daily News reports.

The family, who is multi-racial, were trapped in the campground after someone cut down trees and placed them across the roadway, preventing their exit from the area.

After the family arrived at the campground, they went shopping for camping supplies and confronted "by seven or eight carloads of people in the grocery store parking lot," according to Sgt. Ed Anderson of the Clallam County Sheriff's Department.

"The people in the parking lot repeatedly asked them if they were Antifa protesters. The family told the people they weren't associated with any such group and were just camping," a press release from the Sheriff s Office said, adding that the family had to drive around the cars to get back onto the highway.

The family told police that at least four vehicles began to follow, some of which contained people carrying assault rifles. When they arrived back at their campsite, they heard gunshots in the distance and decided to leave.

That's when they saw their exit was blocked by the trees.

Thankfully, a group of high school students used chainsaws to clear the roadway.
