Deplorables support this kind of policing.
President Donald J. TRUMP supports it too.
So Much Winning!

It takes a particularly loathsome creature to behave in that sort of fashion.

More from the cited article...

...The local Florissant Police Department confirmed that the officer in the video was not wearing a body-camera at the time. The St. Louis County Prosecutor removed itself from the case due to a conflict of interest in its office, and there are now three separate investigations being conducted by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney, St. Louis County police department, and the FBI. ...

Why wasn't the officer not wearing a body camera? If the officer were truly "Protect and Serve" why would not a body camera be worn, be demanded to be worn by said officer?

The problem the police seem to be facing of late is that there are many cams "out there." so the reason why they are not wanting to wear body cameras is becoming more apparent.

Some (many?) are making a mockery of "Protect and Serve."

This needs to change.

The Blue Wall of Silence must end.

#4-Lamplighter-The first post in the comment section of the article is by a guy from that town and explains some of your questions. Obvoiusly, running someone fleeing a scene over with a car should never be an option for any cop.

Wow...just ---- wow...
This country is rapidly
turning the corner from,
"Meh, it beats Bolivia",
to Suck City... Hell!
Since I was about 8-9 and
first starting to think
civically and politically,
to now (at the age of 53),
I can honestly say, it's been
"All downhill in America since
then..."
