Alabama shut down Trump?

He's screwed.

More proof that Trump has been doing a "great job".

Just calm down. When it gets a little warmer, the rallies miraculously go away.

Tulsa was a stake in the heart for Trump. Now he's scared.

What a wimp! A MAN, especially a republiCON MAN, would forge ahead, hugging the supporters, breathing in their faces, being breathed and coughed upon, taking a little swig of Clorox from time to time.

What a wuss!

Wanna bet this was canceled by the Trump team fearful of all the no shows. But they called up the state to ask them to make it look like their idea.

"Or it might have something to do with this"

FTA

"On Tuesday, Alabama Republican Gov. Kay Ivey announced an amended order, which will extend the current rules until the end of July. The order encourages minimizing travel outside the home and wearing face coverings when doing so. The order also states that "all non-work related gatherings of any size, including drive-in gatherings, that cannot maintain a consistent six-foot distance between persons from different households are prohibited."

Now we all know that Trump ignores edicts, declarations, pleas, executive orders, laws and prohibitions but that's not to say Governor Ivey's order won't have a negative affect on the attendance at Trump's rally.

As you said, Trump's team is fearful of another "Tulsa" which cut Trump to the quick. They just can't afford to roll the dice again.

All we can do is speculate on the most obvious. There could be other reasons. For example, maybe the Secret Service pulled the plug for reasons we'll never hear about.

It was canceled because of the upsurgiance of corona infections due to the young bar flies.

Trump can't stand another venue with two thirds of the seats empty. He actually doesn't care if they get the virus, he just needs good campaign photos of adoring crowds.

They were just Deplorables demanding their freedom!

And if that is true then it was canceled then because of irresponsible leadership.

"Bar flies" are not in charge.
