The US never fixed the core causes of its testing problem. So it's now seeing the same kinds of issues pop up again.

"Everyone (in my administration) can get a test."

There will be no mention of testing from the devout

Testing requires a result

No testing then No result equates to No problems

I doubt even death of family will sway the remaining

Note no mention of Herman Kane since being admitted. No get well soon's from the usual prop users. No victory photos of him giving the thumbs up to the antimaskers. What's up with that? You would think he would be ideal in making memes discounting the need of testing and masks.

Inner city educational test scores are abysmal as well. What's the point, besides fear mongering, of this article?

Trump is hurting the people who need to get hurt.

That's the point.

Take a victory lap, Deplorables. This is what you wanted.

45 forcast it at his superspreader event in Tulsa, "So I told my people slow the testing down please." And two weeks later, Tulsa is having a huge spike thanks in large part to that event and once again only those with symptoms can get tested. The other issue with testing is that GOP governors are deprioritizing tests so they don't get processed in good time. In AZ, tests are taking as long as two weeks to get turned around. By then it's too late to do any contact tracing. They are doing exactly what Combover Quisling wants, they are making tests irrelevant because of wait time. Now I'm seeing moron GOP state reps and senators telling constituents not to get tested and that they think herd immunity is the preferred route. So at a 3.5% (lower than the current rate 4.3% rate because the victims are trending younger) morbidity rate getting to herd immunity (70%) in this country would kill over eight million Americans. Yeah, that's a great idea!

I just saw a story on CNN.com, I think, where a super fit male in his late 30s got CV, had to be hospitalized for weeks, was intubated, lost all his muscle, had to undergo physical and speech therapy and goes home with lung and heart damage. Yeah, it might not be killing as many young people as it did old people, but a lot of the people it's leaving alive will be forever scarred!

Here in WA the testing turnaround is four days, and that seems long.

With tens of thousands of new cases and hundreds of deaths every day, Trump has put this way past fear mongering.

What's the point? Do we really need to explain to you why testing is necessary to get life and the economy back? You haven't noticed how everything is being shut down again because the crisis been ignored by the Hope-it-goes-away-in-chief?

I guess there is no point for Trumpublicans. America used to be a place where tough challenges were accepted and won. Now the Trumpets just give right up and cry about masks and hair cuts.

Tested twice. Both times over a week to get results. Way too slow.

Death rate trending back up. All those young adults brought it home to their elders, who spread it through their workplaces.

How long before trucks are cruising the neighborhoods with speakers blaring "bring out your dead"?

That our government is completely incompetent and gives two ----- about anybody but themselves?

We're basically seeing the development of American Royals and your response is "meh *shrug*".

Another completely predictable outcome that shortsighted idiot righties laughed off because for them the world only exists as NOW +/- a few days.

Only for people in select areas.

Idiots in other places will ignore it and assume it can't happen to them until it happens to them.

The U.S. has crossed more than 70,000 new coronavirus cases in a single day. That is a record. A week ago, the record was about 50,000 cases in a single day.

It's gonna be a loooong ride.

A pandemic will last 18 months or longer and could include multiple waves of illness.

The U.S. can save money on COVID testing by denying right wingers since they claim it's a hoax anyway. Which reminds me, why are Donnie's leg humpers signing waivers not holding the trump campaign guilty if they contract COVID-19 if they believe it's a hoax? LMFAO... Only those imbeciles lap up nonsense like that while clapping like seals.
