Trump is a wannabe dictator and republican senators seem to be doing everything they can to enable him. Republicans seem to care only about money and power. Democracy is an inconvenient obstacle to achieving that goal. In fact, a dictator favorable to their interests would make the accumulation of money and power even easier.

The Lincoln project is right to focus not only on Trump, but his enablers. Every republican senator up for re-election, with a few exceptions, needs to be defeated this fall. Furthermore, the Lincoln project should not cease operations after the 2020 elections. They should encourage recall elections in 2021 for those Trump loving republican senators that didn't stand for re-election in 2020. The DNC should do all they can to support the Lincoln project.

Just as it is common for an incoming administration to request letters of resignation from US district attorneys, Biden needs to request those letters of resignation from every Trump political appointee. The Trump stench must be removed from the US government just as soon as Biden takes office.

If Americans are as fed up with republicans as I hope they are, not only will Biden win but dems will take the Senate and hold onto the House. The first action for a dem senate should be to eliminate the filibuster. This should soon be followed by the admission of DC and PR as states and the expansion of the number of representatives in the House so that the sizes of federal legislative districts can be better equalized. This should result in the vote of the electoral college being more representative of the popular vote.

Another task for dems controlling the levers of government should be to limit the president's ability to declare an emergency and to have those emergency powers expire automatically after 30(?) days if not reauthorized by a 2/3 vote of both houses of Congress.

If Biden is elected, America will have "dodged a bullet". The incoming Biden administration and congress must take steps to ensure that we don't have to dodge any more bullets.

"He looks forward to continuing to help implement the President's National Security agenda," the official said."

In other words, he looks forward to obeying the orders coming from the Kremlin. Sell out traitors, I hope they are prosecuted by the Biden administration.

I too hope for a Biden victory. I like the idea of being able to break into stores and take whatever I want with no fear of being arrested. That, and I always enjoy a good bonfire and the destruction of innocent business owners who are no doubt taxpayers and conservative community leaders. So.... REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER that diehard Antifa members like me are counting on all you DEMOCRATS to de-fund the police so my friends and I can soon come to your city and home and take what we want. REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER..... AND REMEMBER PORTLAND, SEATTLE, ST. LOUIS, CHICAGO, MINNEAPOLIS,AND MANY MORE...... AND VOTE WISELY.....

Bumbkin44 Looks like you are losing it. The biggest looting the world has ever seen came through the GOP dominated Senate to the tunes of $4 trillion dollars. Yet, here you are pissing and whining about a store window getting broke. I know it is a pretty sad day in America when cops cannot just go on killing poor people and people of color. What shall we do?

Why wait for November? It's happening right now in Trump's America. You may find your opportunities for such behavior won't be as ripe with other people in charge.
