Researchers behind an influential model are projecting that the US death toll from coronavirus could reach nearly 300,000 by December 1 -- but that can be changed if Americans consistently wear masks.

People are justified in hating Donald Trump. HATING him.

You don't forgive a murderer when he is in the process of butchering your family.

If the death toll is 300,000 by December 2020 I might not cast a vote for trump in November 2020
I will wait for the final report before deciding I wasn't wrong

Apparently Trump is responsible for a global pandemic that traces its origins to the Wuhan region of China.

This is sheer idiocy.

"Apparently Trump is responsible for a global pandemic that traces its origins to the Wuhan region of China. "

Apparently Trump isn't responsible for his response to a global pandemic that traces its origins to the Wuhan region of China. Nor is he willing to compare his response to other leaders around the world.

"This is sheer idiocy."

Truer words were never spoken.

#6 Yeah, it's Trump's fault that Cuomo slapped a bunch of covid patients into nursing homes.

Your preferred candidate for President blasted Trump when he issued a travel ban out of China at the end of January in response to this pandemic.

"Yeah, it's Trump's fault that Cuomo slapped a bunch of covid patients into nursing homes."

No, that's Cuomo's fault.

But as long as we're on the subject, whose fault is it mask-wearing turned into a political statement?

#8 I've read stories of people being assaulted for not wearing masks. I hate wearing them but do so as a courtesy to others because that's how I roll.

"No, that's Cuomo's fault." Yet plenty of idiots blame Trump for that.

"People in those counties (with a mask mandate) ... are more likely to be infected by COVID-19" and yet...

Trump is responsible for the state of COVID in this country.

Your responsible for enabling him.

Both of you are murderers.

"I've read stories of people being assaulted for not wearing masks."

People would probably be assaulted if they were going around vomiting on everyone as well.

But I noticed you avoided the direct question, so I'll ask again: who do you hold responsible for turning mask-wearing into a political statement? You were certainly quick to assign blame to Cuomo. Do you have double standards, or are you just a raging hypocrite?

The GoP view people as valuable only as machinery that can make them money. Old people cost money so Covid must be allowed to kill the maximum number so taxes can be cut more.

Nope. He didn't.

You're a liar.

Why am I not surprised a Trumper would lie? It's all they have.

What's sheer idiocy is this comment.

Which I suspect you know is sheer idiocy but you have to deflect for Trump somehow...

This is what he tweeted the day after Trump issued his travel ban order:

""We are in the midst of a crisis with the coronavirus. We need to lead the way with science " not Donald Trump's record of hysteria, xenophobia, and fear-mongering. He is the worst possible person to lead our country through a global health emergency.""

It's pretty obvious to me what he's talking about. But then, I'm not a hack.

#16 How is pointing out the origins of this pandemic a deflection for Trump? That makes no sense.

#6 Yeah, it's Trump's fault that Cuomo slapped a bunch of covid patients into nursing homes.

You idiots can't ever represent things accurately.

They were recovering patients who had been hospitalized for COVID. You make it sound like they were active cases being sent at the peak contagious period.

Your preferred candidate for President blasted Trump when he issued a travel ban out of China at the end of January in response to this pandemic.

#7 | POSTED BY ZETALEPH

What's funny is you're pushing a perfect example of Trump's incompetency as a plus.

And you're too stupid or ignorant to know it.

"They were recovering patients who had been hospitalized for COVID. You make it sound like they were active cases being sent at the peak contagious period."

Cuomo stepped in it and you know it. You are carrying his water for him because he's a Democrat. Just like Whitmer, he tried keeping them isolated within the nursing homes. It didn't work and the results were disastrous.

You won't catch on fire for calling out a Democrat when he screws up.

Can you state why it was called xenophobic?

Biden turned out to be correct, though, "He is the worst possible person to lead our country through a global health emergency."

Nailed it.

Because you seem to think it absolves Trump of any responsibility for the response here in the US.

Your projection is telling. Don't you think it interesting that you'll skewer Cuomo for that with extremely thin data and a need to lie to push the narrative but....will tap dance all day to avoid making a single criticism of Trump's lack of a response?

Honestly, I haven't even seen stats or data showing that moving those patients did cause an increase in nursing home cases and deaths. I've seen the association made by many (it's not even good enough to be a correlation...), but usually it's misrepresented as you did here.

The Republican governor of Texas, Greg Abbot, yesterday opened the Texas nursing homes to the public. During an uncontrolled COVID emergency.

He just killed a lot of those old people.

I believe the Oranges are in Thighland.

Just say, "Yo Semite!" And someone will gladly help you. They have great hamberders there and the covfefe is very strong.

I think you will like it. People say the young girls are very friendly. Tell them you are famous. They will just let you.
