Back in 2018, then South Dakota Republican representative Kristi Noem recounted how when she met President Trump for the first time in the Oval Office in 2017, he told her that it was his dream for his face to end up on Mount Rushmore.

No, not Mt. Rushmore. This pig deserves his very own landfill.

There's nothing at all megalomaniacal about directing the nation you lead to have your own gigantic face carved into the side of a mountain.

This is perfectly appropriate behavior for the President of the Untied States, and classy too!

"a White House aide reached out to the governor's office with a question, according to a Republican official familiar with the conversation: What's the process to add additional presidents to Mount Rushmore?"

This is the sort of thing that makes me understand why people tear down statues.

They should carve his face into a giant toilet and call it Mt Flushmore

Perhaps Pres Trump should wait until he receives the Nobel Peace Prize for the great success he had with North Korea.

#6 Trump is already represented at Rushmore. I can clearly see his outline in the pile of rubble at the base.

What a clueless megalomaniac!

According to a 2018 interview with Noem, the two struck up a conversation about the sculpture in the Oval Office during their first meeting, where she initially thought he was joking. "I started laughing," she said. "He wasn't laughing, so he was totally serious."

"He said, 'Kristi, come on over here. Shake my hand, and so I shook his hand, and I said, 'Mr. President, you should come to South Dakota sometime. We have Mount Rushmore.' And he goes, 'Do you know it's my dream to have my face on Mount Rushmore?'"
Trump also toyed with the idea of adding himself to Mount Rushmore in 2017 at a campaign rally in Youngstown, Ohio.

If any president deserves to have their face added to Mt Rushmore it's FDR.

Trump? His eventual mug shots can be added to Post Office walls.

If anyone ever doubted for a moment whether or not Trump is a malignant narcissist there you have it: he has all the personality traits associated with a cartoon villain bent on world domination.

This makes perfect sense; he slaps his name on any POS property, product, or service that comes along. He probably thought the park service would have to give him a cut for his branding. He was trying to class up Mt. Rushmore, give it that famous Drumpf juice right before the whole thing collapsed under the weight of his ego.

Big dictators on a horse

His red-hooded supporters think he would look better on Stone Mountain. The only problem: Trump cannot ride a horse...

Well... If they finished the lower half of all of the
current Presidents, and they were all 'copping a squat',
he could be the crap they are all collectively taking,
there at the bottom of the monument. And thereby, he could
accomplish One Good Thing in his Presidency...

By serving as an Object Lesson for the youth of America.

I'd rather see the entire thing blasted off the mountain side then see Trump's stupid 'trying to look tough but look like I just sharted myself' face sculpted up there.

84 days before we add Trumpy to the ash heap of history.

What are the odds Trump signs an Executive Order putting his own image on Mt. Rushmore?

He could put his image on every panel of his wall. I wonder why he doesn't. Probably has thought of it yet.
