Trump doesn't have to root for it. Riots have killed more innocent unarmed black people than cops have this year. Riots are likely to get Trump reelected. Even Don Lemon thinks you morons have a blind spot.

Trump does more than root for violence, he stokes violence.

The Trumpers are relishing in it. They say things like, "its about time."

Trump = The biggest looter and rioter known to America. He's a thug and liar by nature proven through and through. But he doesn't have the grapes to face anyone without his Secret Service shielding him and yet he still runs like the clap from his little mushroom.

"Riots are likely to get Trump reelected."

I think you're right.

Biden is allowing Trump to own the Law and Order platform. He needs to move quickly if he wants to counter Trump's message. If Trump is re-elected, I think it will be due to the fact that the Dems are seen as being soft on the rioting, which has not only caused billions of dollars in damages SO FAR (it's still going on), but also threatens the safety of public.

Biden is allowing Trump to own the Law and Order platform.

So his argument should be "Elect me so I can send the goons instead"?

That's why it's so hard to unseat an incumbent president. They can use the whole government for stage props.

two doubtful quotes from above...

"Riots have killed more innocent unarmed black people than cops have this year"

"which has not only caused billions of dollars in damages SO FAR"

Billions of dollars? Really? Riots have killed more people? Where were
all of these deaths? In what towns? In what cities?

Where is your proof? Just because you say something is so,
doesn't make it so. Just because you heard something on Breitbart or
Fox News, doesn't make it so. Give me proof of these supposed rightwing
facts and talking points...

yeah...that's what I thought...

Why are peaceful protesters expected to be able to prevent/control those who want to riot/loot? Do they have some kind of magical power over people who are not part of their (spontaneous/loosely-planned) demonstration?

How is that any different than assuming all black men are dangerous because some are.

Here's a clue: some white men are dangerous. Let's go with the assumption that they all are. I can't remember the last time a black man blew up a Federal building killing 168 people. In fact, I can't think of any black man who killed 168 people in any manner.

Here's another clue: every black protest movement since at least the '50s has been compromised by agents provocateur, sometimes including agents of the government (COINTELPRO) in order to justify a violent response.

It is about keeping "certain people" "in their place".

Yay White Supremacy!

So by that logic since the Nazis support Trumpy and their webpages link directly to Trumpy then by the Trumptilian transitive property then Trumpy is a Nazi.

I think in reality, these riots aren't helping Trump or Biden. The rioters have proven that the removal of the federal police in Portland didn't stop the riots so they're proving that they're upset with a system (D and R). These rioters have also shot down Democrat mayors so they're not just upset with Trump. As a Trump supporter, I don't think Trump has anything to do with the riots. Every high profile city where a black man has been killed has been a city controlled by democrats and has been controlled by democrats for a while. All of the policing policies in those cities have been written (for the most part) by democrats. This being said, most of the liberals on this site and others probably still blame Trump for this violence. On this issue, I think Trump and Biden should work together to stop it because I don't think these riots are going to change if Biden or Trump becomes president. Finally, twice in the last few weeks riots have been sparked by fake info. There is a group (not liberal and not conservative) that want(s) these riots to continue. On this point, liberals and conservatives should join forces because the group(s) behind these riots aren't friends of either of us. This is a clear case of the enemy of your enemy is your friend.

"On this point, liberals and conservatives should join forces because the group(s) behind these riots aren't friends of either of us. This is a clear case of the enemy of your enemy is your friend."

That may not be possible. The Dems need to lock in the far left vote in order to win in November. Many on the far left support the demonstrations, and feel that the rioters are no worse than the police or the justice system writ large. If Biden embraces a more "law and order" platform, those activist voters may just stay home, handing Trump a victory in November.

On the other hand, not taking a stand against rioters will likely isolate everyone but the far left, handing Trump a victory in November. If it were me, I'd ditch the far left and start trying to capture the vote of the center, as well as all the rest across the political spectrum who can't stand Trump. The far left is like a bunch of spoiled brats. When they don't get their way, they throw a temper tantrum. We're seeing that play out across the country every single night.

Open source, the Russians are stoking the far right movements in the US. And they're good at it. They do the same thing in Europe, where those on the far right view Putin as someone who can save Europe from Islamicization. Not a real word, I know. And strangely enough, the far right here in Germany is as anti-Nazi as they are anti-communist. And they don't like Americans.
