President Donald Trump appeared to support law enforcement officers who take criminal justice into their own hands after U.S. marshals killed a man suspected in a fatal shooting in Oregon last month.

Perhaps that's what the U.S. former allies since 2017 are thinking about the Orange goon occupying the Oval Office.

Did he ask for their name and badge number?

You know ~~ for when he recruits his very own Republican Guard.

So, according to Combover Quisling, we have entered the age of Judge Dredd, fantastic. Extrajudicial killings are a third world and authoritarian regime thing, this is just Drumpf getting his Duterte on.

Why not cut costs and use the "militia" for death squad activities? Hey, they'll work for near-free, just beer, bourbon, and crank. Trump needs some pointers from his pal Duterte.

Retribution.
This is at the heart of GOP values.
It costs more money to execute someone than keep them in prison for life, but the Party of Fiscal Responsibility is willing to pay the extra money, to get their sweet retribution.

And even if the "dude" did succumb to 'suicide by cop', it's the reaction of the 'Dear Leader' that is problematic because he labeled it an act of 'retribution' which will fester to the minds of people like the Proud Boys, the Boogaloo Bois and other self-proclaimed militia members, to say nothing of already marginal members of police and sheriff's departments, who will see this as a green light to shoot first and ask questions later. Next time it might be an innocent citizen or a member of the media or someone's family member, like a son or daughter, sitting next to them. And their excuse will be that the president said "There has to be retribution".

#17 so is it the word "purported" that bothers you?
Like when they say "alleged" gunman?

Lawyers did that, not the media.
The media get sued if they don't say "allegedly" when discussion crimes of which there is not yet proof.
So, this is why the guy is "purportedly" an Antifa sympathizer.

One thing this event has reinforced is that police will turn on white people, systemic racism notwithstanding.
In particular, the police seem quite willing to turn on white people who are protesting systemic racism within the police.
But then, that's nothing new. They police, and many other Americans, had the same contempt for whites who stood up for blacks in the Civil Rights era. And probably all throughout our nation's history, and into the days before, when George Washington was just a English boy in the Virginia countryside; not yet an American.

So much winning!

"His own words say he was a piece of human filth ANTIFA member."

Was "piece of human filth" actually in there?
I would hope for a little bit greater specificity on the nature of the filth, and the orifice from whence it may have issued or otherwise been coaxed.

With respect to this incident, I will just say that if they can take Mohammad and Malvo alive, who killed a lot more people, then they can take this one guy alive too.

They just didn't want to.

Trump has emboldened the terrorists within the police.

"Zimmerman is also a piece of trash. But he was 100% justified in his actions."

He wasn't justified in stalking Martin. He wasn't justified in leaving his vehicle after contacting police either.

He created a situation that placed Martin in fear of his life, and then used Martin's fighting back to justify his own fear of his life, which is --------.

None of it was justified.

But you're right about Zimmermann being a piece of trash. Pretty sure he's been arrested more times than the guy he killed.

#58 At the age of 17 my judgement was not always at the level of an adult. Nevertheless, I knew enough not to instigate a physical confrontation with a guy carrying a gun.

This Snoofy clown acts like he knew what was going through Zimmerman's mind better than Zimmerman himself at the time all of this went down. Zimmerman didn't shoot Martin in the back as he was running away - he shot him when Martin was on top of him pummeling him MMA style in a full mount. That's a pretty scary position to be in even in an octagon where you can tap out.

Clearly, Martin felt his life was in danger being followed by some stranger. Turns out, that stranger WAS following him, but also had a gun.

#76 | Posted by rstybeach11 at 2020-09-16 01:03 AM | Reply

If I'm not mistaken, Trayvon burgled nearby residences and had links to stolen goods worth upwards of $10k.

Most jobs, if you find the way to sneak off undetected with $10k and they somehow get wind of it, they just fire you. And the DA will laugh in your face when you want to prosecute $10k embezzlement when they've got dozens of cases in the hundreds of thousands and up.

Zimmerman couldn't just take his beating like a man. What a giant -----, and hero to giant All-American ------- everywhere.

Boys with more guns than social skills are the #1 problem in America, and I'll make it clear that a disproportionate share of the problem can be found in black communities.

But black kids don't get to play Cowboy like George Zimmerman did. They only get to play Indians. Braves, in Tamir Rice's case. And who could forget the lovely Squaw, Breonna Taylor.
