In his first interview, a key witness in the impeachment trial says Trump goes out of his way to try to please the Russian president. "I had to choose between the president and the Constitution. I was aware of the fact that I could be compelled to testify. But I chose the Constitution. No Army officer wants to be put in that position, but there I was."

Vindman is being kind. Donald Trump is a Russian asset or Russian agent.

... I had to choose between the president and the Constitution. I was aware of the fact that I could be compelled to testify. But I chose the Constitution. ...

Not only did Mr Vindman have to make that choice, but everyone who works for Pres Trump seems to be put into that same predicament. A couple have said they were asked that loyalty question by Pres Trump.

The ones who choose the Constitution seem to leave (be kicked out of) the Trump administration.

The ones who profess their loyalty to Pres Trump over loyalty to the Constitution are the ones who seem to stay, e.g., AG Barr.

"Literally everything Trump has done was to cripple Russia - economically, militarily, etc."

You can't say literally everything unless you were privy to the unrecorded phone call President Trump made to Putin, the first time in history such a call was not recorded.

You know I'm right.

Now say it.

Say it!

"Those that support BLM and ANTIFA are the greatest assets Putin has in the US."

"Black Matters" was the name of a Russian Psy-Op Anti-Hillary Pro-Trump Facebook Group.

Another one was "Muslims for Hillary."

Looks like you drank the Red Kool-Aid!

You and I both know he can't say that.

"Sorry Dems, you don't get to fight Russia in a Syrian proxy war."

Actually a*****e our American troops did fight the Russians in Syria, kicked their asses badly, there was not contest. The Russian troops simply could not stand up to American Special Forces. It was a slaughter which we could have repeated but Trump chose to throw the Kurds, who actually did the fighting against ISIS, under the bus. Trump chose to allow loyal allies to be slaughtered much like George W. Bush did in an earlier decade. Republicans don't understand loyalty to allies because they don't have souls.

Useful to the Russians, and Idiot to the rest of the world.

Someday Trump's tax returns will come out, and his business connections with the Russians will be laid bare. Remember that scene in 'The Deer Hunter' when our protagonists were being held in a cage in the water, with just part of their heads above the surface? Trump will be revealed to be in the same situation, and his river will be the Volga...

Even if you support Trump, this is clearly not a true statement. How would, say, taking money from the U.S. DoD to build the wall on our southern border "cripple" Russia? How does the U.S. pulling troops out of Afghanistan cripple Russia? How does ending DACA cripple Russia? How does golfing cripple Russia? You may want to rethink the "literally everything" statement a tad.

Let's also not forget that Mr. Trump refused to implement a number of Congressionally-passed sanctions against Russia. Not seeing how that hurts Russia, either. Things like that or damaging our alliances with Germany and other NATO countries look more like they help Russia rather than hurt it.

Maybe you could give a handful of examples of specific actions Trump took (preferably on his own initiative, as opposed to something pushed on him by Congress) that were clearly aimed at negatively affecting Russia.

The guy has no idea what the word 'literally' means.

Should speak volumes to anyone attempting to engage.

Sadly, literally can also mean figuratively now.

Much in the same way a Swastika acquired new meaning right around 1933-1945: By people using it to mean something else.
