Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Saturday, September 19, 2020

Nurse Julia Solomon had first noticed Francis Wilson a few days earlier. Unlike most of the other patients, he was only 29 years old and he didn't suffer from any of the chronic conditions that doctors typically found in their worst Covid cases. Yet he'd been hustled into GW from another hospital that had proved unable to help him, so seemingly close to death that a chaplain had already said a final prayer over his body.

Good read man. Dude got super lucky. Wonder what his hospital bill was? Probably over one million. Looks like a really cool guy. I'm glad he made it.

Too bad he was so old.

Young people are immune.

15 cases. Soon to be zero. It will disappear. Like magic.

Soon we will all have Herd Mentality.

THEN we will all believe Trumpy's 20,000 lies like a good deplorable do.

Wow, GoNoles.
That was quite a read.

We should do what we can to prevent as many people as possible from going through this. I don't mean only the patients. I mean to so many. The trauma to the Doctors, the Nurses, the Paramedics, every single person. To family, loved ones, friends.

To blow this pandemic off, to lie about it, to try and find scapegoats, to do as Trump, Barr, and Atlas are doing is beyond wretched, beyond words. To think "herd immunity" is a way out causing more and more to unnecessarily suffer and die is monstrous. We should be doing all we can to lower the numbers, to save lives.

Again, thank you for posting this.

I'm not ashamed to say my eyes welled up reading as Dr. Nancy Maaty retold her actions and memories, and Wilson's own story about his journey.
