Republicans have reduced these things to a zero-sum game. The rest of us will just have to start playing it better than them.

Three or four extra Supreme Court Justices appointed by Biden seems about right.

Since when do the Republicans care about what the majority of Americans want?

How quaint--that most Americans still think their voices will be heard, that their votes count and that their government is responsive to their needs. The call is coming from inside the house. Get out...

If you would like to see the end of the Republican Party, let them put this idiot on the Supreme Court and overturn Roe v. Wade.

Majority? Very questionable.

BTW; There are just two constitutional requirements. {1} President nominate a potential Justice, and {2} Senate approve or not. There is not even a requirement for hearings on the candidate.

Majority? Very questionable.

Not if you read the article.

Or do you have a study that shows contrary information?

Nobody cares what the voices in your head think.

The four additional Liberal SC judges will be added Constitutionally.

All this following the Constitution is making me giddy.

If Trump somehow cheats himself into a win, and if the Democrats take the Senate, then I expect the president to be impeached again and this time removed.

All following the Constitution.

The majority of Americans wanted Hillary Clinton to be president too.

But, that's not what happened.

If McConnell can secure the vote. Or at least a tie with Pence as the tie breaker. They will move forward with seating a new justice.

Count on it.

Amy Coney Barrett sounds like a real nutter.

We need people on the court who can differentiate and separate their religious values and law so they can do their constitutional duty and follow one of the founding principles of this country. We have generations now raised to believe there is a war on religion in this country. The simple reality is people are simply walking away from their religion because they are waking up to the fact it is simply yet another construct of men seeking power.

But will they take it to the ultimate end and go after Pence too?

He winked, almost as if he knows it's fantasy.

I wonder how many Trumpers actually don't believe most of the centerpiece theories of their current politics but regurgitate them anyway because they enjoy owning the libs.

Ok Liberals, since you don't realize it yourself or just choose to be blind to it, we get it. No matter what the topic is, Dems will find a poll that fits their narrative. Congratulations, you are the winners of "Herd the Sheep" this year. If you win the POTUS, you are going to have to try real hard to keep the title because I'm sure the Reps have already started strategizing to beat you...
