President Donald Trump said at a campaign rally Friday that Abraham Lincoln "wasn't big on the Hispanic movement" in an apparent attempt to praise himself.

Did Honest Abe set up concentration camps in Texas to kill Hispanic toddlers?

I distinctly remember reading about how honest Abe removed all sorts of uteruses from Hispanic immigrants. What do you think he kept under that hat?

Amrica nunca ser destruida desde el exterior. Si flaqueamos y perdemos nuestras libertades, ser porque nos destruimos a nosotros mismos.

Trump also said the British attacked our airports during the revolution. I do not place a lot of stock in what Trump says. Do you?

Here's another fact about Lincoln.

He didn't fight the Civil War to free slaves.

He fought the Civil War to prevent the south from seceding.

During his famous debates with Sen. Stephen Douglas, Lincoln explained to the crowd: "I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races ... I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races from living together on terms of social and political equality. And inasmuch as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be a position of superior and inferior, and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race."

Lincoln was no different than most white males, North and South, at the time. He was a white supremacist.

The civil war ended slavery. But black people would gain any real rights or protections until the civil rights movements of the 1960s.

Why question is.

Why would Trump make such a statement other than to rile up racists?

Did he mention how the founding fathers were slave owners?

Did he mention the Alamo?

#9 About half of them where at the Alamo on the Texas side.

Mexico. It stole Texas from France, California from Russia, and about 2/3rds of Guatemala to make Greater Southern Mexico.

When a coup replaced the Mexican Republic with Emperor Santa Anna, six Mexican states rebelled, but really only Texans had guns.

Donald Trump, Making Friends and Influencing People.

The man is an embarrassment to idiots everywhere.

Abraham Lincoln was outspokenly opposed to the Mexican-American War and felt that America should not be fighting it.

What's funny about #6?

Is it the use of actual history to prove a point?

Sorry it didn't post anything about the gas leak coming out of Uranus.

Abraham Lincoln thought so little of the Hispanic Movement he didn't bother to have his crotch fruit shill for Goya Foods.

"Here's another fact about Lincoln.

It would have been political suicide to say otherwise in that time period in American history.

Some things cannot be said out loud at certain times or you will be destroyed by human nature.

Lincoln did fight the war to preserve the union. It's absolutely true.

But to preserve the Union Lincoln was forced to confront the Poison in our souls head on and he realized (because he was a great man) he had to confront it and remove it. He had to end slavery to preserve the union. We had to become all one thing or the Other. A house divided against itself cannot stand.

Like today.

To preserve the nation and the economy we will have to confront the Poison in our system head on. We will have to defeat the Trumpy virus and the evil that is allowing it to flourish. Trumpism. And the leader of that evil has a name.

It's Donald J Trump.

The Republic he founded loved slavery.

Trump should have been eating a taco salad when he made this important proclamation.

It's already know that Lincoln is a huge racist if you use today's definition. It's very easy to research. But he believed that peoples' opinions should not be the sole basis for legislation. That's how we should be. Libs make that impossible because they want to get rid of the First Amendment as it is written today.

"The Republic he founded loved slavery."

As did every other country in the world. I guess Dems are just trying to make it a Republican issue throughout all of history since they are the ones who fought to keep slavery. This revisionism is terrible.
