Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

Erika Bachiochi: Amy Coney Barrett has been praised for her topflight legal mind, even by those who disagree with her. At 48 years old, she is poised to help shape the court for a generation or more. But that's not all her elevation to the high court has the potential to accomplish. Barrett's expected confirmation should serve as a catalyst for rethinking the most powerful social movement in the last half century: feminism.

Yes true legal minds, that are truly fair, know that she is brilliant. People who hang around here all day long making comments are really the ones that hate women. This lady hasn't been anything except brilliant under oath. She is doing just what feminist said you should do if you're a woman, you can have it all. A mother a career all of it, she finds time to have five children and adopt two kids from Haiti.
What a shrew she must be.

Noxious ACB is as as big a hack as the drunken gang-rapist.

If she learned her chops from Scalia, she's a hack and dishonest. Scalia was the worst justice in my lifetime. Do we really need a Scalia Clone on the court again?

Besides she looks crazy in the eyes like Michelle Bachmann.

Just another good reason to not confirm her.

But isn't it sexist for Trump to feel like he has to replace a woman with another woman?

Thank you. I needed a good laugh this morning.

#Trump asks for a fair approach to Judge Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation " and moves quickly to campaign rhetoric about the "2d Amendment," "religious liberty" and, of course, "law and order." A sign of why it is scandalous to make this appointment made so close to the election.

Yeah a "feminist icon" who doesn't believe women should control their own bodies, and who will vote to support a coup by the most sexist president we've ever had.

The author of this propaganda piece works at the federalist society, who selected Barrett for trump in the first place. Shocking she'd endorse the candidate she helped pick isn't it?

Brilliant people don't legislate based on 3000 year old fairy tales.

Great, another conservative beard for an allegedly "impartial", lifelong appointment.

If Democrats don't delay this attempted installation they are acting like a wing of the Republican party..

I am afraid that their is not a whole hell of a lot the Dems can do to stop this extreme freak from being appointed into the supreme court

Why am I not employed by these '-------------? Of course there is time to foment popular unpopularity. It's the easiest tactic.

She has a record. She has a strict religious ideology. She has her quiverfull and is against gay adoption. Let's get real, the Democrats are Republicans. Once their more rabid cousins are extinct we should expect these remainders to fight just as nonsensically.

I haven't even looked her up and can forecast a lengthy debate on qualifications. It's not enough to just fear her, although everyone should.

Please tell us more about your ideas that the way a woman looks is a valid reason not to ok her for a job.

Has she had work done? The skin on her face looks pretty thin.
