Gabriel Sherman: Trump's former campaign manager Brad Parscale had been taken into custody outside his Ft. Lauderdale home and hospitalized after threatening to commit suicide and allegedly beating his wife days prior. Parscale's public meltdown happened while he is reportedly under investigation for stealing from the Trump campaign and the RNC. According to the source close to the campaign, the Trump family is worried that Parscale could turn on them and cooperate with law enforcement about possible campaign finance violations.

There aren't many voters for him to win over; only about 2 percent undecided in swing states BEFORE this sh9t show.

And he's a lot more than that behind. Now he's really depending on Vlad and the his Post Office appointment, and maybe his SC appointments, to come through for him.

Inside Trumpworld there's a view that the past week is an inflection point in the campaign. It started on Sunday night with the bombshell New York Times report that Trump paid just $750 in federal income taxes in 2016 and 2017. "For Trump the Times story was worse than losing reelection," said the second Republican. "If you had told Donald back in 2015 that his tax returns would be exposed and he'd have all these investigations, I guarantee you he wouldn't have run."
Couldn't be happening to a more deserved group of crooks, traitors, and grifters.

The Trump Memory Hole has opened up and swallowed Brad Pascale.

By tomorrow he'll just be another fellow who fetched coffee that no one really remembers ever having done anything important regarding the campaign.

(Except run its entire cyber effort in 2016 and the entire 2020 campaign up until a few months ago....)

Wonder how much of that that overpriced 2016 Inaugural Ball's $107 million price tag found its way into Trump/Parscale hands. It cost more than twice as much as Obama's or Dubbya's for far fewer guests.

If any of those 'undecideds' found Trump at all compelling last night, they weren't actually 'undecideds' after all.

I think there's a portion of these 'undecideds' that are eager for the attention afforded. In reality, they have their minds made up prior to the debate.

But honestly, who's legitimately undecided right now? Are there any DR posters that are undecided?

I mean I guess there is enough ignorance in this country that people will claim to be undecided. IOW, this is the group to fear in general, not just 2020. What in the hell are you people paying attention to if you're undecided this far in?

IOW, undecided voter doesn't make any sense.

Undecided nonvoter makes a lot of sense.

Maybe the rumors are true ~~ that Trump has figured out there's no way he can win this elections so he's going to wage a war of revenge so horrible, both in the streets and in the courts, that nobody can be inaugurated on January 20th.

It could be. We always said he'd rather burn the house down than lose.

He didn't look healthy Tuesday night ~~ like a bonfire was already burning a hole in his gut.

Exclusive poll: Biden won the debate convincingly

A new poll by Data for Progress provided exclusively to Vox shows that viewers thought Democratic nominee Joe Biden decisively won Tuesday's first presidential debate against President Donald Trump, by a 52-39 margin.

The poll surveyed debate watchers but then weighted the demographics of the survey group to the population of likely voters in November. Most pollsters don't do this, which ends up skewing their results toward Democrats because left-leaning college graduates are disproportionately likely to watch debates.

But even with the more Trump-friendly weighting, the poll shows a clear win for Biden and, not coincidentally, a fairly overwhelming sense that Biden's conduct during the debate was more presidential.

I had already submitted my ballot before the debate... Trumpibunkerboi would have to raise the dead, heal the sick, walk on water... etc etc etc... and my mind still wouldn't be changed. Why should it? I'm right... he is leaving office in disgrace... right now his holding office is a national disgrace.

Believe this. There is nothing more central to Trump's nature than revenge. He will not be miserable unless he has a lot of company. In the future, the day of his death may well be celebrated as a national holiday.

With the Allies at the gate of Berlin, some people will decide that they aren't Nazis after all.

Trump campaign's communications director, Tim Murtaugh, said: "It's utterly false. There is no investigation, no audit, and there never was."

Even if you are "family" you can still be "whacked".

Just ask Mary Trump who WAS family or Michael Cohen who was treated like family. Until he wasn't. Now he is a dirty rat and a convicted felon. And she is has been excommunicated.

(She was not exactly a family favorite," he told Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace. "We didn't have a lot of respect or like for her.")

One would think that with all the jack Brad filched from the campaign that he could wear nicer suits and be dressed for action when the Po-Po arrived the other day.

Based on a New Yorker profile, Parscale apparently is a very bright guy and excellent at manipulating Facebook and other social media, and if that really is the case, he is a person to be watch closely, because of the manipulation of voters that he can perform. Brad clearly figured out how to game the Trump Re-Election Campaign, through both salary and additional billing, but it is doubtful that anyone will be going after him, since all the money was GIVEN to the campaign, no product or service was to be provided to any donor, and the money that disappeared was likely spent on the approval of more than one person. No group of people could be THAT bad at handling hundreds of millions of dollars, right? Right?

Face it: the folks down at the Red Hat office are all upset that someone else beat them to the grift--nothing more, nothing less...
